The price depends on which hormones and antiandrogens you take and on how many surgeries you do
The minimum cost:
You can get away with spending 10-20 pounds a month for antiandrogen + estrogen
After a year you will want to do an orchiectomy, which will cost between 2,000 and 4,000 pounds.
After that you will have to take only an estrogen, for the rest of your life, costing about 10 pounds a month (though again it can vary depending on which estrogen you take).
That adds up to about 2,240 pounds minimum in a year and 120 pounds a year after that. This is assuming none of it is covered by insurance and excludes any therapist costs.
