Friend of mine told me he's about to ship me one piece by piece, sent me instructions on how to assemble and adress of someone who might be able to introduce be to a how-to.
Thing is, in my country there are strict gun laws, he told me this guy at mail handling would overlook the contents because of the delivery process separating the items, told me it wasn't a big deal regarding regulations and could be done. I provided different adresses, all on different - and legal - names.
Question time, what are the odds I still can't get my hands on it?
History time :
>Had guns
>They got stolen
>Want a new gun
>Trying to ship it because I can't buy it right here
>What are the odds it goes south?
The image is merely illustration, I just googled on the web.
>>32514485
Go ask a forum for your country.
introduce me*
I'm not a terrorist, they just stole my shit and I need myself another gun. The guns stolen were all family heirloom's, there's no way I can replace them just by a regular going on a shop and buying a gun.
To cite an example, I would need 3 times the same amount of money a citizen of the United States of America need to pay for an AR to get a pistol, and by law that is still an impossibility.
>>32514595
If I do so I run the risk of being traced and/or losing the shipment anyway. Why wouldn't officers working on gun control wouldn't just sit there waiting for a dumb retard asking for questions of this sort?
Hey guys, looking for a cqc type 308, found this guy and it seems pretty good. What's the common consensus?
>>32514156
The common consensus is that almost no one on /k/ has experienced with it, and so therefore it sucks because reasons.
Mine however is great. Highly recommend getting one.
>>32514156
Don't own one myself, but Kel-Tec guns are generally considered to be good if you can get them.
>>32514218
Does it work well with junky 147 grn federal 7.62 stuff? I don't really want to have to buy match grade ammo for something like this.
Hello, /k/. Noguns here. My /k/ommando cousin has a wedding coming up and I want to buy him a handgun as a wedding gift.
I have no worries regarding making the purchase. Our state is pretty lax regarding that (though I'm not sure if I should tell them I'm buying it as a gift - I don't want it to look like a straw purchase). Both myself and my cousin meet all the legal requirements to own firearms in our state (he owns several; I can't be assed to buy one while I'm in the military).
What handguns would /k/ like to receive as a gift?
>>32513800
ATF says it's legal as long as it's a gift ie you can't accept a penny for it
>>32513800
>(though I'm not sure if I should tell them I'm buying it as a gift - I don't want it to look like a straw purchase)
Look like? It literally is a straw purchase.
Not that I care but people mistakenly think a straw purchase means intentionally buying for someone who you know can't own guns when the 4473 makes clear it is buying for anyone but yourself.
So yeah don't mention anything about a gift.

"In the United States, a straw purchaser of a firearm at a federally licensed firearm dealership who lies about the identity of the ultimate possessor of the gun can be charged with making false statements on a federal Firearms Transaction Record. If a firearm is purchased as a gift, the transaction is not a straw purchase, and the person buying the gift is considered the end user. The buyer is also considered the end user if he intends to sell the firearm, as long as the initial purchase is not made at the direction of or as part of an agreement with the second, ultimate buyer. Straw purchases in lawful sales made outside of federally regulated dealerships are not subject to such rules and are legal unless the gun is used in a crime with the prior knowledge of the straw purchaser."
Garbage or hot garbage?

At least its not puffing smoke and followed by 3 tugs like their 'carrier'
>>32513550
Very hot garbage.
It's so pretty!
Ok, tomorrow in class we are having a "debate" on the 2A. What's the best way to counter the Muh children argument?
Self bump
>>32513357
Shall Not be infringed means exactly that.
anything that limits access to firearms is an infringement, and thus not allowed.
Anyone got that screencap with the dude talking about pools in a uni debate?
Do you think the russians would have mercilessly killed american civilians during the first stages of the invasion?
>>32513160
They wouldn't have been able to cross the Pacific or all of Canada
>>32513160
No. IIRC something like only 25% of infantrymen shoot in the direction of the enemy and 2% shoot to kill, let alone massacre civilians
>>32513170
The idea behind red dawn 1 was Mexico went commie allowing the Russians and their Latin American allies to pour through Texas after a surprise attack.
Why were lever action rifles so popular in the American West? Why didn't other firearms such as Mausers and other early bolt action rifles gain traction there?
>>32513052
Probably because importation wasn't easy.
Lever actions had the ability to hold more cartridges than bolt actions of the time.
>>32513052
Importing them. Plus buying Colt and Winchester made you American^2.
how do you guys clean the little nooks and crannies of your pistols, like inside the slide rails?
can someone throw me a bone? ive been soaking patches with cleaner and using a paperclip to drag the patch through, but it seems kind of dumb and i dont want to scratch the finish at all..

Apply CLP spray liberally.
And when I say liberally, I don't mean complain about it while you do it, I mean do it so much that it pisses everyone off.
I have a question for my fellow burgers. I am getting close to the point where I will be sending off for a tax stamp for a suppressor. I have read a bit about setting up a NFA Trust, and am wondering if I should have the tax stamp associated with my name, or if it would be wiser to associate it with a trust? As far as I understand, I would transfer all my firearms to the trust, and all further purchases will be by the trust and not myself. This helps avoid the tax stamps for suppressors and SBR. This also, in the event that I become ineligible to own firearms for whatever reason, would allow me to transfer my firearms to another person in the trust capable of possessing my firearms as opposed to the police just taking them all away. So my other question is, is there a way to set up an NFA Trust free of cost? I am sure there are some filing costs, but is there a standard write-up for these things that can be found?

I'm a Britbong, so all we're really allowed is sidearms, bolt action rifles and shotguns.
I got this Walther P38, one of those post War models, I don't want to shoot a weapon that's 80 years old.
I got it because I'm a Stormfag or whatever.
Any Britbongs here with weapon advice?
oi bin that knife!
>>32512368
Just fucking shoot it, I have a P38 and I shoot it all the damn time.
Also hello fellow stormfag.
>>32512386
You do realise the Goverment dont make those bins, it's run by a sand nigger company that wishes to disarm white Britons.
How does it feel /k/ to know that this Bruno Mars looking desert faggot has a nearly priceless museum piece and you never will?
>Stg44
Oh the amount of Jews I could kill with that.
>>32512356
But he lives in sandnigger land. No gun is worth that.

Hey /k/, redpill me on modern crossbow.
Don't need any kind of license to own one here, thinking about getting one while I wait for RPAL.
>>32512248
There objectively is no reason to own one of these things if you live in America and can legally buy a wide range of modern firearms unless you're solely buying it to hunt or just to be an obstinate bastard.
>>32512269
Thanks, but

According to the chinks it doesn't set off terrorists or those explosive barrels that chucklefucks like to leave lying around. Seriously, I can hardly navigate through my neighborhood without worrying that someone might actually drive into these things and set off a chain reaction that would level the block.
