Should i buy it, /k/?
Any other ideas for cheap plinking rifles?
Just looking for fun and cheap, preferably not .22
(((Rossi)))
>>32507768
Just get a .22.
It's fun as fuck to buy a 500 rd box and just blast rounds for an afternoon.
>>32507776
cheap doesnt equate to bad. Its a single shot, it shouldnt cost more than 300$ for a nice one.
/k/, what the fuck.
>Been casually looking at getting an AR15 for a while now.
>Find out that NY State passed some shitty law which bans a shit ton of options on them
>All because of some shit that happened in another state.
>Bans are retarded and completely nonsensical.
Just fuckin kill me right now.
You're in the wrong state for ARs dude. Buy a M39 and call it a day like the rest of us up here.
Buy an ares scr

Is it worth getting the PPK/S to conceal carry?
No get seecamp if you want 380 or sig p938 if you want 9mm
>>32507349
planning some international espionage are we?
>>32507349
>Is it worth getting the PPK/S to conceal carry?
Not really. As mechanically nice as they are, they're snappy and shitty to shoot and a lot heavier than most other small carry options.
Beretta 92FS Inox
Yes
>>32507218
>>32508779
I want one so bad but ever fag in the area that carries 9mm claims it's the worst piece of shit and just guilt me into getting a glock.
>>32508814
Trusting fags is so 2016
Thoughts on pic related versus a G43?
>>32507023
Same size but holds one more round because glock lolplasticmags need more mass to not crack.
I'd go with whatever's cheaper.
>>32507288
You can get extended mags tho???
?
?

I like my LC9s. The hammer fired one had a trigger that felt like a nail gun. Finish is shit, but I paid $309. Works fine. Decide how much money you want to spend; neither will be a bad choice.
We discuss calibres like mentioned above, and why all common calibres are garbage
pic related, wish it had caught on
.280 British (7x43mm). That would have been an almost-perfect service caliber for NATO.
>>32508179
then america ruined it
577/450, 577 Snyder, 455 webley, 12.7x44r, 44 Russian, 10.35x22r, and .43 Spanish
If you live in a cuck state where handgun magazines are limited to 10 rounds, do you go for the bigger rounds like 45 ACP and 10mm, or do you stay with 9mm for better follow up shots?
>>32506609
Don't live in a cuck state.
/thread
>>32506609
if capacity is the only determination in which round is better, then that should conclude the "bigger is better" debate.
>>32506609
I live in CA and stick with 9mm. I like shooting my 9s better, it's easier to practice with them and cheaper, etc. I do also have a .357mag that's ready to rock and a 1911 .45 with 10+1 ready.
I mean realistically I will never have to point a gun at someone. Realistically I will never have to pull the trigger. Realistically all bullets in the OP image are just as lethal.
Are any of you /k/ommandos Endowment members of the NRA? I joined as a lifetime member recently and I'm now considering joining the endowment with their current $250 offer. Thoughts?

your money do what you want with it

I think I'm a patron
I've noticed I get way fewer pleas for donations than when I was doing annual or later as a lifetime

Any anons here with Europe? Actually own guns? What country and how hard was it for you to get them? Show us your collection.
1) Romania
2) No, but the procedure isn't OVERLY autistic to get a gun and not many restrictions, the autistic part is getting ammo (which is basically illegal if you don't want to be limited to very few types of weapon)
3) I don't have a collection yet, but I'd like one of these because Romania used them and they seem to be genuinely good guns. Maybe get a PSL and a WASR when I have more money.
>>32506194
theyre good guns, know anything about your neighbors laws (Bulgaria)
>>32506194
Are other parts of the world that aren't in Europe allowed to post their firearm laws and process too?
>>32506237
I heard it's easier to get ammo in Bulgaria, they seem to have ok gun laws but I haven't actually read their law unlike the romanian law.
>>32506251
Yeah, sure, make the thread brighter.
You are asked to design a new caliber of bullet for the following distances:
100m
400m
800m
1600m+
You can use different loads for different distances but the projectile size cannot change. If possible you should optimize for a distance most likely to be used in engagements in urban areas. You can also change the shape of the projectile if needed. What do you build?
.5318008
>>32505913
>optimize for a distance most likely to be used in engagements in urban areas
and
>400m
>800m
>1600m+
These two requirements are directly contradictory. 5.56 carbines are complete ass past 200m, but everyone is moving to them because almost all urban engagements are under 150m.
>>32505913
>100m
>400m
>800m

Who do I see about getting paid for my groundbreaking achievement?
Is it possible to fire a bomb gun one handed like in this movie?
https://youtu.be/8RbL4PwTDsQ
>>32505783
sure but your aim will be shit and the grenades will generally not detonate at short to point blank ranges.
>>32505783
Is that the same one used in predator? No it's not possible. First you need the power supply to run the thing. In the movie they had a hidden extension cord to power supply. Secondly you need so much ammo it's not even funny. For predator they slowed the fire rate down to something like 600-800 rpm, you can actually see the barrels. Even then the ammo only last for about 10-20 seconds.
>>32505783
Mini gun or China lake. If mini gun see >>32505835
If China lake then no. Broken wrists will be in gift.

Is this legal in the U.S.?
Is it any good?
good luck finding one.
>>32505607
Why wouldn't it be?

yes
for its time yes, compared to modern rifles for the same price no
also you won't find one anyway
I know /k/ is a hate filled shit hole. But I feel there is an exceptional amount of undue hatred for Karl Kasarda. Yes he's not the blessed one, Ian. But Ian is incredibly intelligent, well read, and experienced. Anyone standing next to him is going to appear dim. You lot would look like a bunch shit flinging, ham fisted retards next to him. I posit that Karl has a lot of valuable knowledge and, taken alone, is worth watching. Do you have any legitimate reason to hate Karl?
He isn't that bad, just a little obnoxious. It seems like he always has to get the last word in and cuts Ian off all the time... The embodiment of "well actually" guy.
>>32505661
Yea, I did notice this. If he didn't do that I wouldn't be bothered. Also he's fat.
>>32505604
Stop shilling yourself Ian.
