So /g/ explain yourself: if population is rising and human jobs are getting obsolete by technological advancements at the fastest rates in history, what will happen to the stupid peoples?
Will there be any incentive to produce stuff for the stupid peoples if they're flat out broke and useless?
What will freaking happen to billions of peoples when there will be complete automated lines of production/building?

Why are the new GPUs so expensive?

Nvidia announced the 1070 would start at 379, 449 for founders

AMD announced rx480 would be 229 for 4gb

But a quick look on Amazon shows me 500+ for a 1070, and close to 300 for a rx480.

Where can I buy a 449 usd gtx 1070 or a 229 usd rx480?

What does g think about paying for using a media server like plex?

Not only you have to deal with getting the contents (buying or pirating) for the server

Why are there no good browsers?

Chrome's a botnet, but Firefox is shit. Webkit's fast as fuck, and nothing else seems to be able to compare, but Chromium is missing features (and may still be botnet), and Vivaldi's a joke.

The open source ones like Midori or Epiphany don't have plugins, so they're also useless.

What gives?
