/g/ if you rename a file cach_dump_e5355 and then open that file in notepad, grab the header and cut that to a notepad. delete the header from main file. save file. then you delete that file into trash can. then you pass customs. any problem?
because u will get the file back

A little while back I tried using the Kingo Root app on my phone to try and root it quickly. After doing this I found out that Kingo Root is notorious for being shady, but luckily the root didn't work. Anyways, with just running this app I was wondering what data it could have taken and what malicious actions it could have initiated even if it didn't succeed in the rooting process?

ok so, looking for a new monitor, for my budget (no more than 130) came down to an AOC I2379VHE 23" IPS and an AOC E2476VWM6 24"
the 24" is 10 bucks in our microcenter cheaper than the 23" IPS(119 and 129 respectively)
the 24" is """Gaming""""(pic related) since it has 1 ms which i know means kind of nothing since im not a competitive fps player and its still only 60 hz
also I know IPS is "slower" than TN monitors. but if they're both 60hz, are there any differences still?
I'll mainly be using it to play some games, nothing that requires me to accurately see colors.
i just have 0 experience with IPS, honestly from what i gathered its like how retina display works? Is it worth it?

This Turk roach full-of-lie website says Barzani is CIA member and stooged by Mossad, and +1000 other lunatic "Turkcenterism" lies against Kurds.
I actually don't need supposedly "pro Kurd" people who only lurk on social media.
Is there any way to hack it? If you really intend to support us, maybe you are a smart computer expert and smth.
Then here you pack a punch on the Turkroach website:

I swear to god If that didn't work, I go back to America paying thousands of dollars to erase this terrorist backed motherfucker Turk website
What did he *mean*?
I just found out today that the wiring in my apartment is shit and can only handle ~5mbps reliably through DSL.
What are the pros and cons of switching to comcast? New coax-cables were run a few weeks ago across the entire complex.
And if I should make the switch, what modem should I look into buying?
>>55676625
Cable internet is strictly better than DSL, even given it's Comcast. You will have lower ping and pay less $/Mb in almost every case.
Modem: SB6141 or similar, check craigslist and ebay if you don't want to buy new.
>>55676654
does comcast raise prices after a year?

tfw your wallpaper setter doesn't like it when the screen resolution changes
What's the best technology for setting the wallpaper on GNU/Linux?
>>55675867
>VMWare and not VirtualBox
>>55676177
I prefer VMWare, it allows me to very easily access the VMs on other machines in my house without setting up vnc servers and port forwarding/bridges and shit
Also performance has always ``felt'' better to me. In fact I like VirtualBox the least of any hypervisor I've used.
Looks like a lot of people who upgraded from Mint 17 to Mint 18 are experiencing major bugs
Was the Ubhuntu 15 to 16 upgrade process just as buggy, or is this a case of Mint devs being shit?
Photo unrelated
>upgraded from Mint 17 to Mint 18
You mean reinstalled Mint?
>is this a case of Mint devs being shit?
Of course it is
Both.
As a rule of thumb I always wait with upgrading to a newer release.
Large corporations are capable of sneaking incredible fuckups in their updates I don't see why a small group of foss devs could be any better.
Fedora irons out their bugs if any more or less in a month
