Why doesn't Canonical, Mint and others simply don't drop Debian packages altogether and focus on a better and more up-to-date selection of packages?

There are a lot of stuff only available on untrusted PPAs (or not available as .deb packages at all), and the packages that they do have are often old as fuck.

Better browser here. NASA uses it for their mission control. Baked with high end RAM optimization and zero-gravity proof. What more do you want?

I just built my first PC yesterday and everything works great. However there's one detail I overlooked: The power button for my PC is on top of the tower resulting in the issue in this text.

There is a reset button on the case, would it be possible to safely connect the reset button as the power button on my MB?

>Forbes
>Judging the GTX 1060 on its own merits, and without the threat of competition, it’s a fantastic product. When stacked against the Radeon RX 480, it’s a much more difficult decision. As it sometimes does, that decision may need to be made by evaluating the software ecosystem, too. Even then, both companies are kicking ass delivering frequent and timely drivers, and AMD has finally caught up on the UI side of things with the Radeon Crimson software and their “WattMan” overclocking utility.

>I know it’s pretty non-committal, but there’s no slam dunk victory here. This onemay just come down to brand loyalty and whether or not you need the most VR performance you can extract from $250. Either way, the GTX 1060 gets a glowing recommendation from me, and I’m curiousto see how board partners compliment and improve on the design.

>This one may just come down to brand loyalty

Why does /g/ have thread after thread of comparing 5 fps differences for 50$

It'd be more functional it the updates to its rules were more timely. CentOS takes forever to publish the most up-to-date versions of these.
