How help decrypt this? I'm an amateur at this so I've not had much luck, I've used a few cipher tools but to no luck!

Don't really get how installing Linux will solve it, not unless Linux has an inbuilt decipher program...

Why do we still not have a device that covers every normie use case?
>carry phone with you during the day
>get home
>plug it into your charging dock, with screen, keyboard, mouse and external drive attached
>have fully functional workstation
>>56208729
That's what you'll be able to do with Android phones in a few years. Looking how they just keep adding more RAM to them and have excellent OTG support it's impossible someone hasn't though of this by now. Hopefully they'll improve the quality of phones by then. However it's unlikely they'll be better than any desktop PC unless you could hook up an external graphics card for gayming because that's obviously the most important thing a PC can do.
>>56208729
You can do that with the newest Windows Phones. For the last year.

My r9 290 seems to be reaching its thermal limit (94c) very easily now, and thus throttling performance which hits FPS horribly.
I cleaned it from dust and all, which seemed to help just a tiny bit, but it still happens.
I don't remember it being like this, used to top at like 85c.
What could it be? Summer?
Also fans are literally 100%. It's not really loud or anything with this model but still, I got nowhere left to go.

Hi so I want to build a PC this week or the next. First time building one and really I just started learning about them. My budget is 900 dollars for everything except the mouse and speakers. I prefer Nvidia and intel cpu so can you give me advices on building one? like where do i get wires and how do i put them in the case and what case fits with my stuff? and motherboard etc...? also what is the purpose of an ssd?
>>56208500
You get all the wires with the parts you buy.
Go here and make your pc http://pcpartpicker.com/
SSD is many times faster than HDD.
You'll also need a screwdriver.

I'm going to be a Junior. I'd rather drop out and start an Apprenticeship, but I already fell for the meme, no point in not finishing what was started.
