Anyone else having this problem right now? It isn't working with 4chan X or in Dillo/other browsers without support for JS, the captcha just fails on submitting and provides another for me to solve like it would if I solved it wrong. Did Google finally kill the ability to shitpost without running their proprietary JS?

/g/entlmen, I need your help.
I'm 18 years old and still live my parents, just starting college. I've been a techfaggot my whole life, been pc gaming and working on pcs since middle, know some basic coding shit, hardware shit, and software shit, all the basics, though I'm not nearly as well versed as alot of you guys.
Recently my parents moved the router out of my room when I triggered them, and called them out on some stuff. Regardless of the fight, theyve moved the router from my room, leaving me with no Ethernet, shit tier WiFi (making gaming tresh), and they plan on putting "parental controls" on the wifi. They basically want the wifi off after 10pm at night, which is obviously a problem for me, as I won't be able to use my pc after then. This is utter cancer as I've basically been my entire families techsupport for almost a decade, as my whole families shit with any and all tech.
My question is, what can I do to get around/circumvent this. Is there anything I can do to get around these autistic restrictions, other than finding their logins changing the settings myself? Anything I can secretly hook up to the wall or modem/router, like those outlet usb port/adapter things? Also, considering how fucking dumb and technologically inept my parents are, theres a pretty decent chance they might just unplug that shit before they go to bed, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any creative solutions like hooking it up to a sneeky battery or something.
Any and all suggestions and ideas are welcome, could really use some help on this shit.

Here's what I'd do, every day overload your network with bullshit causing the internet to crawl for everyone else in the house. When they come to you to fix it you say that you've been maintaining it for ages, but since its not in your control anymore there's not anything you can do about it. The slowness of the internet will get to them before long, they'll apologize for being bitches, etc. etc.

I used mullvad in the past.
Easy subscription. Easy setup. Didn't stress test the speed but I experienced no difference.
They are one of the VPNs that gets recommmended for not logging your activities, but you can't trust that with any VPNs. I guess every VPN has to cover their asses for really illegal stuff like terrorists or cp.

What is a good version of Linux that will run RPG Maker or an RPG Maker like utility on it's 64-bit version?
The 64-bit version of Debian is incompatible with all versions of RPG Maker while the 32-bit version with wine is compatible with RPG Maker 2003, which is incredibly bizarre.
I'm thinking Ubuntu or Antegros. Am I headed in the wrong direction.
