I can't read Arabic, what the fuck does the text say?
Do you raise your keyboard's feet or not?
keyboard feet are disgusting
>>56566632
No. That way lies wrist pain, slow typing, and discomfort. Just put it down flat if you are a human being with human wrists. Also, get a wrist rest.
Nope. They're usually made of painted/dyed crackers and fracture upon touch.
congrats /g/ you're autism has breached into the real world
Thanks for the idea shitheads, now I'm rich:-)
EDCs aren't really strictly a /g/ thing - but I feel somewhat happy.

I blame reddit
Someone stop me from purchasing a new T450. I'm gonna be broke.
>>56566449
Stop buying shit you don't need. Think about building up some emergency savings before blowing your cash.
>>56566449
>Bills paid for?
>Got insurance?
>Got enough groceries to last till next paycheck?
>Have an "Oh Shit" balance/plan for when shit goes wrong?
>Will you use the thing you want to buy long enough and consistently enough to warrant buying it?
If the answer to all of the above is yes, go for it.
If not, wait until the answer to all of the above questions is yes, then buy it.
With that sorted out, anybody have experience with the Tab 2 A10? Thinking about getting one, never had a tablet before.
>>56568081
Dad has an A8, its pretty gud for simple browsing. But if you want a decent tablet, buya chink windows one, not androis.
I sell high end flooring and I need a high end pocket calculator. Something flashy, it's only gotta be a basic (+-x/%) calculator. What do you got for me?
Pic related is my current go to, it's nice but i dont use 95% of these buttons

>/g/ is NOT your personal tech support team or personal consumer review site.
anyway, I'll help you:
the smartphone you use daily to shitpost is MUCH more poweful than any pocket calculator, and there are LOTS of calc apps in google play/apple store.

Alright /g/, redpill me on Android. I've had a 5s for two years now (apparently Apple's best phone) and I want a bigger screen. I wasn't impressed by the 6s+ I tried, iOS doesn't make use of the real estate, and 5.5" feels almost too big.
I have €300 to blow, and I need to be able to use Kindle and emulate GBA games, that's about it.
Geht 99€ more and buy a OnePlus 3

IMO the 4s had the best screen size
Just got myself an Amazon Fire Stick. What are some cool things I can do with it?
>>56566371
Stick it up your ass.
Set it on fire.
Inhale fumes.
Install kodi and setup Exodus to stream shows for free

And then they said wingblows spy on you
It 's google in general, if you use maps on your google account and you haven't disabled location tracking you can log into your account and see all the places you've been to. Also you can find some other spicy data google has on you, I suggest you check it out
What's the problem? You knowingly bought a device that had Google software in it, and explicitly allowed it to use your location in the settings.
Do you only buy brands? Personally, I only buy ASUS, Corsair, Gigabyte or MSI.
>ASUS motherboard
>MSI graphics card
>Corsair power supply
Anything else just feels cheap or poorly made.
>>56566290
stop being retarded, thanks
The one that is the cheapest.
>>>/v/
EVGA makes great graphics cards and PSUs. Their mobos are just ok. They also don't make AMD shit so that sucks.
two mSATA SSDs in RAID 1 hooked to my router via USB as a NAS to backup "not super-duper important but would be a pita to lose" data.
tell me why this is a bad idea. my nerd friend said I should get a "WD my cloud" instead but he is knee-jerk dismissive and couldn't tell me exactly why it's a bad idea. the way I see it is SSDs are more reliable and my router has a function for NAS over USB so it would be super easy to install.
>>56566267
raid != backup
if something deletes the files, theyre gone from both media
>>56567029
ps: unless this thing is also a redundant copy already, in that case it's ideal
>>56566267
>the way I see it is SSDs are more reliable
They're not
What do you think /g/, is this a real person?
http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-37322034
My fucking sides. Even /3/ can make shit that looks more photorealistic.
looks like a nigger that just changed the image hue.
They say 99% of /g/ is retarded. They also say that woman is real.
>Macbooks are overpriced
>Ok, show me a similarly priced laptop with the same specs or better. Reminder that $1300 rMBPs are light, have a 2560x1600 retina display, the best trackpads in existence, 8GB RAM, outstanding battery life, NVMe SSDs, and the best build quality and support in the business
>...
Can we finally put an end to this meme?
>best build quality and support
...and now I'm sure it's bait.
Just purchased one late last month after having used one at work for the past 4 months. I absolutely love it - Especially the trackpad.

SHILLS LEAVE!
REEEEEEE!
>hear that linux os's are generally lighter
>my laptop's fan gets loud sometimes on windows 10 so why not change to linux? I only stream vids and write some documents
>download ubuntu
>dualboot it
>start it
>laptop fan goes crazy, everything is painfully slow
>fuck this, delete it
>a few months later I get memed again by the 'beautiful' elementary OS
>install it
>same shit happens
>fuck it, install windows 10 and everything is blazing fast
This was on an i5 sony laptop from 2014 which is still pretty ok.
Also I tested it on my desktop and linux stuff just runs slow on it.
Do you nerds like to meme people?
>>56566152
install Debian you stupid faggot, it runs fine on my machine, fans are running much fucking cooler than before, maybe you are just an autistic faggot with shitty hardware, go complain somewhere else
>>56566197
>shitty hardware
>runs windows 10 the 'bloated piece of shit' OS perfectly
>>56566197

Is there a better webm conversion application that this?
It has problems:
>file size limit doesn't see it when I put decimals, and I have to add the . to the command line manually
>file size limit is ignored regardless of the set size limit
>Cannot limit framerate in 60fps footage to something more suited for compact webms like 25fps
>Have to manually calculate a smaller resolution than 1280x720 because the -1 function doesn't work
>Sometimes the webm doesn't cut off on time, going past the size limit. If I cancel the webm conversion before it reaches the 3MB 4chan limit, 4chan will think the file length is longer than 2 minutes or something.
>multithreading crashes the application because I have an AMD. (it was cheap, don't judge me)
>>56566145
FFMpeG
>>56566145
ffmpeg
>>56566161
Doesn't that require command line interaction and doesn't have an auto bitrate feature?
I wanted to build a new PC but I kind of out of the loop. I'm not so much into gayming but I need heavy processing power on my CPU for an affordable price. I was planning to get an i7 6700K but some fags at my uni meme'd that it is a bad time to get an Intel, as both kaby lake and 10nm chips are being launched soon. Did I get meme'd? Should I opt for a 6700K or should I wait?
There's nothing wrong with 6700k
>>56566109
Wait for Kaby Lake/Zen only if you're a W10 cuck.
>>56568194
what does the CPU have to do with the OS?
