Hi, I am new in all this of making a computer but i need a new graphic card so I am posting here to make sure that I buy a graphic card that my PC can run. My especs are:
Motherboard: motherboard h81m-e35 v2
Power supply: mars gaming mp700
Processor: i-7 4790 3.6 GHZ
Slots PCI: Bus PCI 1
If anyone could tell me if is a good graphic card to play games like Dark Souls 3, The Witcher 3, NieR 2 and sorts I would be grateful. Also if anyone know a better graphic card I want to hear it.
Thanks in advance and i am sorry if this is against the rules of /g/. I am not sure if this should be in /g/ or /wrs/
>>59530422
In theory, sure, but that power supply is probably going to burn your house down one day.
If it's possible wait a bit for Vega to release, it might make some cards like the 480 go down in price

>A survey shows most Silicon Valley employees are happy with the diversity—or lack thereof—of an industry made up of less than 5 percent blacks and Latinos. Twenty percent of survey respondents said they didn’t think there was an issue because “we’re a meritocracy”.

not their fault black people are fucking stupid
Google and Microsoft have pajeets for CEOs to appease this diversity bullshit instead of a more deserving white guy.
I don't really care about diversity but FFS just once hire a PHP dev that doesn't fuck things up.
Now that would be diverse.
Why is Andrew Ng leaving Baidu?
is he being outed?
I don't think I am. Fairly sure I either got felt out for lead yesterday. Or the other thing. Down for whatever.
I think he did the same thing he did at Google: created the Brain team, set a clear path for it, and then came at Baidu, working on bringing NLP closer to 99% accuracy, setting a clear path for >1000 scientists there, and now he wants to try something new.
Dude's a badass.
This used to be king, don't tell me you've forgotten it /g/.

Used to get Matrox and Maxtor mixed up.
Still got a couple of Matrox cards in the garage somewhere.

Today I was thinking about a project that I don't know if its viable with the current state of the technology(machine learning, neural nets, deep learning, etc).
A program that receives a porn video as input and outputs a set of tags related to the video(like blowjob/big tits/creampie/etc). I saw something about auto-labeling images a while ago, but with images it is probably easier since you only have to consider a single map of pixels, with videos you would have to do it for each frame and determine how one frame relates to the other and draw a conclusion of which tags they represent.
How doable is it? Is it possible with current technology?
I think when I was on PornHub on a desktop months ago, I saw that the videoplayer does exactly that.
It will label which sections for the video is a blowjob, creampie, etc.
Sometimes it'll label the wrong shit too.
>>59530104
Its the person who uploaded the video that does this.
>>59530148
I didn't know that, thanks for clarifying
Would you live in a society created by Richard Stallman?

If he created a society it would be an MIT campus

How do I not suck at ipv4 address? I'm studying for some certifications, I get a little bit, but then I become a full cuck and just have no idea what the fuck is going on. Anyone have a website for practice and tutorials?
niggs
just be yourself
You think IPv4 is hard? Hah you're like a little baby. Try IPv8. That is where the real network engineers earn their living.
Just curious about /g/'s opinion
making calculations is as much to "thinking" as being able to move a gearstick is to "driving"

So how does /g/ feel about devuan?
I'm thinking of switching from debian stretch to this because I don't feel like a special snowflake.
Just wanted to know if it's stable and actually worth using.

also, use devuan ascii (which is debian stretch)

WHAT THE FUCK! HOW ARE ISPS STILL SO USELESS IN 2017?
An enormous barrier for entry resulting in effective monopolies or non-competitive duopolies in most markets. Neutered regulatory agencies, to a lesser extent.
Uhh because they know you're going to fucking pay up reguardless of how shitty they are... plus it's easier for an ISP to start in an area with no high speed internet rather than compete with someone in an already developed area
>>59529870
>duopolies
non-competitive
