I've got 3x GTX 980s running at 100% 24/7 with modified BIOSes and the middle card is hitting 90 C. These cards have the reference blower heatsinks. I thought I could help them move a bit more air by putting some blower style fans on them, but they don't seem to help much. In fact when I place them to blow air AWAY from the cards (same direction as the blowers), the cards actually get hotter. When I face them downwards the cards cool off by 1 degree. If I do one up and one down (pic related) they cool it off by a degree.
Is there anything else I can do to help keep these cooler without investing in a lot of equipment like risers or AIO?

Is there a program that can in real time filter out unwanted sounds? I would like to set it to detect few simultaneous specific tones and then mute the sound as long as they are present.

I've got this "virtual" 3rd monitor that won't go the fuck away. I streamed my desktop screen to an nvidia shield by adding mstsc.exe as an application in geforce experience under gamestream. Once I was done I turned off my computer and now the stupid fucking virtual 3rd monitor won't go away. I've reopened the stream and closed it, removed mstsc from the app list, and turned off the gamestream feature from nvidia but this stupid 3rd monitor won't go away. I removed the nvidia drivers completely using revo to get rid of leftover junk, and reinstalled.
Barring reinstalling my OS, what can I do to make this fake monitor go away? It's really fucking with my autism

Uninstalling "Generic PnP monitor" did nothing. Same with disabling. Upon reboot that 3rd monitor is still there.
