All jokes aside, they moved the Oly platform to the other side of the gym to do this, so I no longer have a corner to lurk in.
Legitimately considering changing gyms, a new one is opening near me and I've spoken to the owner a few times; if it ends up with a power cage and an Oly platform I'm changing.

Man, we have some cheapo off brand bumper plates, they're YUGE and make anything outside of the Oly platform unusable.
I always find them on the smith machine and various new machines.

You only need to supplement this if you aren't getting enough from your diet.

I haven't had that problem. The annoying thing is how it clumps up when you just try to stir it. I never use enough for a blender, and it gets stuck at the bottom anyway

So i've been doing 5 x 5's for 3 weeks now. i am new to lifting and have a lot of time on my hands and want to work out every day. Is that possible or advisable? Anyone have any workout routines designed to let me lift every day minus Sunday?

its a 5 day bro split: chest/biceps, legs, back, shoulders tris, full body (squat and deadlift)

if u switch the frequency to 5x5 for the deadlift squat and bench you can do it everyday, plenty of rest with good volume.

Hey guys, I have this problem with one of my arms. Basically, when I work out, one of my arm gets super swole and I can feel all the supporting muscles in my pecs, shoulders, back. But the arm I have problem with just seems to have a bad connection with my shoulder, it's like that arm is lifting by itself with no help from supporting muscles in my chest, back, and shoulders.

A few reasons why, it's the arm I use the computer mouse with, so YEARS of having that arm and shoulder leaned forward out of place. Maybe a muscle imbalance. I can really tell how weak this arm is when I do machine rear delt flys, I barely have any power pulling back in that motion on that arm.. PLEASE HELP.


Is there ANY advice you can give me to aid this?
