Hey fit Im looking to hop onto a routine and make some serious strength gains and size gains. I've ran stronglifts before(currently doing a upper lower) and my bench and overhead press stalled forever and made no improvement, while my squat went up. I'm wondering if there is any routines that would be good to run to blow through intermediate numbers especially on my upper body lifts. I've been looking into a few, im interested in 5/3/1 BBB but it appears the progression is quite slow and I think I can still squeeze faster progress.

N-suns 5 or 6 day program and 500-1000 kcal above TDEE, then drop to 500 kcal before TDEE before summer
