What creatine are yall taking?

The reason I ask because I recently switched over to pic related after they quit selling my old brand, and I'm not liking it. Seems to work alright, but it's just not giving me that burning and get and go sensation I've gotten from other brands.

Any recommendations?

Took 5 grams every day for like 3.5 years straight. Randomly decided to stop taking it as a test to see if anything changes, that was over 6 months ago and I haven't noticed any difference whatsoever being off of it for 6 months after being on it for 3.5 years straight.

I have a lot of friends who are overweight but still think they are stronger than me. They think it's because their thighs and arms are bigger, when in fact they are just fatter. They also refuse to come to gym with me so I could show them

Hey /fit/, I have an interesting problem I'd like some advice on.

I want to do more cardio, but I'm urinary incontinent. I'm worried about getting chaffed from running or cycling. I can wear pads instead of diapers, but that really limits the amount of time I can exercise and would also make working out at the gym more awkward than it currently is.

Any suggestions?

No, I'm fully incon. I pretty much dribble constantly, so unless I feel like making puddles on all the gym equipment, I probably should wear some kind of protection.

I have a home gym as well. I put my home gym together about 8 months ago after lifting at a local gym for 3+ years. I ordered all the shit online and it came to my door.

Best part is when bench 2 guy finally gets off the phone he lifts it off and immediately puts it back realizing it's too much. He didn't even warm up and probably hasn't worked out in years. He got red in the face and left the gym completely. How do you deal with the holiday crowds /fit/?

Already doing Oly lifting, what do you guys think I shoud do on top of that? Recently got a better schedule with a little bit more free time, thought about taking some swimming lessons.

Swimming, comprehensive martial arts (krav maga, sambo, etc not as effective martial arts, but good exercise for sure and fun sparring), ice hockey is reasonably good for conditioning and strength, especially leg strength (though speedskating might be enough if you're not interested in a team sport). These are sports I have experience in that I would recommend as far as fitness. Other sports that are fun, but not necessarily complementary to weightlifting or bodybuilding are tennis, rock-climbing, association football, boxing.
I have less experience in other sports, but from what I've heard from practitioners, rugby is a good team sport that could be complementary to weightlifting, and ballet (not a sport, strictly speaking, but an organized physical activity) is also great, especially for balance and leg strength.
Hopefully one of these ideas might be interesting enough to give you something to choose from. Cheers, good luck, and have a happy new year.

Okay /fit/ this is my first post, pic related: The women is about the same size as my roommate.
I am currently attending College & I have a roommate about this size.
She is actually a sweetheart, everyone genuinely has a good time being around her, has never made excuses for her body size, fun to party she can drink us all under the table. etc. (Understands drinking isn't helping)
On a few occasions when it's just her & I (I frequent the local gym & sauna on a regular basis) she has mentioned she would love to lose the weight/ attend the gym with me.
She is over 250 pounds.
If I began to dedicate time to bringing her with me how long would it take to lose the weight?
What would be the best exercise for me to recommend to start?
If at all possible could I get a timeline for her?

Friends with a girl who was that size. Took 2 years before she dieted hard. On her 3 year now and she is down like 40 lbs or so. Just put her on a low dose clen as well.

First year was just lifting
Then I added cardio
Then diet
Now supps.

It isn't an easy battle. I had to break her many times cause fat people are usually all self liars...they like to claim they are doin more than they did.

Now let me tell you some facts. First of all, i never had prolems with acne. This shit started this year around may and it won't go away. I visited dermatologist in june and this bitch said it will go away in few days. Sometimes it was worse, sometimes it was a bit better but it was never fully gone. Once i read on /fit/ that milk can cause acne. I stopped drinking milk and eating dairy a bit later. It worked because 3-4 days later my forhead was almost 100% smooth. Im not eating dairy products for 2 months now but this shit was still popping on my forhead but it wasn't as bad as now. Lastly, today before the gym i had FA Napalm preworkout shot (which didn't work btw) and im not sure if this could trigger my forhead mutation because i didn't look in the mirror before the gym and this shit happend like 1.5 hour after i took it. This shit appears only on my forhead. What do? Please help me.
