Can you develop great shoulders without doing any pressing movements for shoulders?

Benchpress will work your anterior deltoid, and you can just do any other type of shoulder work such as facepulls or lateral raises for your medial and posterior deltoid?

Anyone ever experiment with this?

The reason the Olympic lifts are done 3x5 is because I currently don't have access to bumper plates or Olympic bars, so I will do sub maximal loads since I will drop the bar to my thighs.

Can we get an IIFYM thread going? I've asked questions a few times in QTDDTOT threads but never seem to get any responses.

1. Is there a cheat sheet of some sorts for an easy skew to my macros? i.e. foods with large amounts of proteins, carbs, and fats to eat to skew my ratios if I'm off track

2. Are there any 33/33/33 foods (or close) that can be eaten in bulk to save time worrying about how to fill up on my calories?

Do any of you dermaroll? I bought one off Amazon and I just finished my 6th session with 1.5mm and I just noticed two of the teeth are bent. Wtf. Can you recommend a good quality one that will last longer than this? Also, I don't know if I'm really even doing it right. I figured it would bleed whe I used it, but I've only bled when I rolled over a bone or something, or held it at an angle. How hard should I be pushing, and how many times should I roll over one spot?

Defo do not use if bent teeth. I use one that's similar to your pic and it's fine. Just try a different brand.

You need to stretch out the skin taught in the direction you roll. This will improve penetration. Roughly 10 times back and forth in 8 directions. You won't necessarily bleed as such but you should be getting like pinprick blood spotting. I recommend taking baby aspirin just before and after for a few days and some bromelaine tablets.

You are v likely having trouble pushing it in because frankly it hurts to push it in properly. Try icing the skin or if you can handle it a little chili oil. Or both. Or maybe clove oil but wash it off thoroughly before rolling.

How hard do you push? On a scale of placing the ends of a full length pencil on something and pushing down on the center (i.e. To break it).

Have you been seeing any results? I think I've only have pinprick bleeding once, usually the area is just all red and stings a bit. I suppose I'm pushing just barely enough, or just barely not enough.

I plan on cycling 1,600 miles from London to Greece.
I have no bicycle and don't train specifically for biking. But I've been going gym for years and will have every single day off to train until July when I leave.
Any advice?

Use the same strategy you'd use for getting stronger: progressive overload. I cycled my fist century (100 miles) over the summer and I got there by adding 5-10 kilometers for every training ride.

So if diabetics can abuse insulin to make serious gains, why can't non-diabetics eat in such a way that the pancreas creates insulin and have the same effect?

How do you work out when you're chronically depressed? inb4 exercise releases good chemicals because it does nothing for my dysthymia. I was lifting intensely for a few months but just fell off because I dreaded working out every single day. Discipline only gets you so far. Pic is what I'm regressing towards.

It's really hard to give advice to depressed people because it's essentially a catch-22.

When I was "depressed" I had good days and bad days. On bad days I browsed and shitposted for 18 hours long and on good days I felt upbeat and sort of happy. If you're one of those that also has good/bad days, set a goal when you wake up and feel it's a good day.
