Its my cousin's wedding in six weeks and i need to slim down. I'm currently 13.6 stone and want to get into the 12's. I've cut out all junk food from my diet and am now looking for more nutrition advice and a starter exercise program. Can anyone help? (Pic not related, only one I had atm)

SS and SL are both viable strength routines for beginners. You will see visible muscle gain with both, but more with SL because of a higher volume.
I would highly reccomend throwing in accessories for SL and SS. The most commonly suggested are curls, dips, planks and cable crunches.
There are other beginner programs, but the Stronglifts app is really good if you're a complete mongoloid at what you're doing. Some will say PPL but I have no experience with that.
The anti SS posting is a meme because idiots do GOMAD with it, which is pretty unrelated and is specifically for ultra skellies to gain mass quickly.
Cardio is very important and you should do it. Cardio eating gains is a complete meme; as long as you're not running long distances constantly you're fine. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is the best for your cardiovascular system.

Make sure the foods you are eating are healthy, filling foods that are rich in fiber.

yo BRAH, I am doing IF and enjoying it a lot. When I workout while fasted I feel awesome and have tons of energy, I am looking forward to taking it more seriously and seeing the benefits of it.
The way my schedule plays out I could go 2-4 hours without any calorie intake, I have read conflicting arguments on whether that matters or not, so I wanted to get your opinions on no post-workout meal/intake, and IF in it's own.

There is zero contradiction when you consult experts and groups staffed by experts. Actually you can't find a single relevant nutrition or government organization on the planet that does not recommend limiting saturated fat intake ( - unless of course their recommendations revolve around food groups rather than specific nutrients)
The best that anybody ever says even on the internet is that "saturated fat does not cause heart disease". Even if we were to accept this, there are countless other things you could eat instead that actively promote good health. Saturated fat serves no purpose in the body, it's also the fat least likely to be oxidized for energy.
Yeah, there are a small number of turbo-quacks that say the more cholesterol you have the healthier you are, but that's on the level of flat earthers (it isn't by accident that exercise lowers cholesterol and getting fat raises it)
