yo BRAH, I am doing IF and enjoying it a lot. When I workout while fasted I feel awesome and have tons of energy, I am looking forward to taking it more seriously and seeing the benefits of it.
The way my schedule plays out I could go 2-4 hours without any calorie intake, I have read conflicting arguments on whether that matters or not, so I wanted to get your opinions on no post-workout meal/intake, and IF in it's own.
