I've been doing strength training for a while now, I regularly bench 2pl8, squat 3pl8, and didily 4pl8.
I have plenty of muscle, ect ect ect, I'm just an average gymbro.
Okay so here's the predicament, I can't do cardio for shit. Every time I try to run for even a minute I feel like I'm about to die. Is there something wrong with me?
I talked to my doctor about it, she said I should check with a cardiologist.

Start at a very slow and steady pace for 5 mins then slowly crank it up.

Two 2000 calorie meals a week

Eat on the Friday around the same time
I'm about 65kg 28% bf.
Only thing I'm worried about is a catabolic state and having no energy
I've done a 3000 calorie a week diet for the past week and I think I can stick with this one

Played a shit ton of video games while growing up with resulted in a lot of sitting with a bad posture.
This has caused my pelvic to tilt, which makes for a bad posture, and it gives off a "lazy posture" look.
Been doing various stretching and strengthening exercises on and off for about a year now. Never done anything consistently for more than 2 weeks tops, and even then it's been quite sloppy.
How do I find the motivation to keep at it when the results are so slow and hard to recognize?
Has anyone here been able to drastically change their pelvic tilt over time?

Follow a strecthing/strengthening routine as warmup every time you work out. Be aware of posture throughout the day, and put a pillow under your thighs when you go to sleep. That's all you need to do, it should be fixed within a couple of months. Stop fucking around and just focus on fixing it.

Same could perhaps be said about lifting in general but at least that is something satisfying on its own. Which I've never found stretching to be.

I live in a suburb called Deer Park just outside of Houston and I've been getting my family to eat healthy as of late since I want to stop being /fat/ and I'd rather my parents not die before they see their grandkids. I've had a consistent meal plan that we've been keeping up for weeks! Problem is, that since the hurricane began hitting us too that they've started to cram fruit pies and nutty buddy's and all kinds of junk food in their face and scream "STORM PROVISIONS!" When I woke up this morning our entry way had the roof collapse and my dad had brought donuts and kolachees. I can't fucking get them to stick to salads and chicken but my dad will brave a fucking storm for a dozen glazed, hell he's not even the only one some donut shop run by orientals is making money like a son of a bitch right now. Everything is going to shit and somehow the local donut shop and dairy Queen are still open. How the hell do you keep up a diet with shit like this happening? pic related it's proof. So I am trying to start on my journey to strong Nibbahood, and I'm a fucking weak 18yo bitch. Atm I've been doing 30 rep 3 sets with an 8kg kettleball (shoulder press, normal bicep curls and some other shit). I'm sorta building a little, but it's pretty slow. Imma go to the gym soon, but I'm sure that there's a better way. Cutting most refined sugar out, but still kinda overweight (20% body fat fuck me amirite).
