Why do these little shits never want to fucking learn and become stronger. I only ever have a few kids who actively work to become stronger and adjust the movement exercises to work harder, and everyone just complains.

I should have mentioned that these kids were primarily Juniors/Seniors with some of them already being over the age of 18. Fucking sucks too that half of these kids are athletes and can't perform the movements in the class meant to make them stronger, always something to complain about.

Just my personal experience, but I ran 50 miles a week at 6-8 minute pace and basically ate anything I wanted and was a fucking skelly, so if you run frequently and hard enough you can eat whatever and not be fat. At least I think.

This is something I worry about. I don't ever get knee pain after/during running but after a set of squats or something similar I will occasionally get a deep dull throbbing deep within my knees. It normally only lasts maybe an hour or so after the workout.

You meatheads would get fucked up in a fight with either of these manlets because you thought lifting heavy things was enough.

How to deal with soul-crushing depression from realising you're balding heavily and you wasted all the time you had hair as you're still a virgin.
I'm used to being good looking, I just cannot accept it, it's some sort of a bestial unreality for me.
My only hope is to get out there and approach girls before my hair loss is not too noticeable (I've never really tried before because I'm a pussy with girls, that's why I'm s virgin) but I'm not sure if I can get laid with my social awkwardness, insecurity and just plain desperation. I know from experience you get MUCH better results when you don't expect anything than when you're desperate but I'm not exactly in a position to wait.

I'm gonna be thirty next year, am still a virgin (as much due to my own issues as much as anything else, as I'm not quite kissless), and live at home looking after a parent in a small town. It's not exactly a recipe for excitement and good times, but you work with what you have. Get you life sorted out for yourself. Fuck women and not in a literal sense. Focus on you. It's your life. You are NOT a supporting character in [insert 8/10]s life.

Fattie McFat here. I am pretty sure I have hypothyroidism. I cannot lose weight no matter how hard I try, and when I do it is only a couple pounds at a time. Even when I lifted I was still percieved as chubby even though I was pretty strong. The weight number was alright to me, but I had like a layer of fat on top of the muscle I couldn't get rid of.

Anyways, does anyone have any tips on how I can get better results? Supplements that would help? Or do I actually need to get steroids for my thyroid for me to lose weight?

Honestly you can dirty bulk as long as you hit your protein intake. It is awesome but you will gain noticeable amounts of fat. You can also lean bulk. With a bulk you wanna gain strength and size. Once you notice you have become fat, then you should cut.
