A very short comic.
That is very short.
>Miles has Peter
>Kamala has Carol
>All Sam has is a broken helmet
Why does this kid always seem to get the short end of the stick?

That's the originally solicited cover for Spider-Man #7. Pic related is the new cover of the issue in question.
BECAUSE HE'S BUILT FOR SUFFERING
I WANT TO HUG HIM
Because Marvel refuses to acknowledge Richard Rider existed.
>school for mutants
>everyone bully Jean for being a freak
what the actual fuck?
Well she is a freak
>school for catholics
>everyone bully person for being a freak
what the actual fuck?
>>85653503
everyone's a freak
Miscast on a female character.
Why it has become a rule in this days?
>Gal Gadot
>Miscast
Ok she's thin but she's been exercising hard lately for JL and WW.
>>85653589
Don't bother. No amount of logic or reason can fight /co/'s insistence that Diana had a Barda/She-Hulk bodytype in all those imaginary comics they never read.
>>85653589
But Wonder Woman isn't a Jew. No amount of exercise will get rid of her Jewish features.
>we will never see the Batfamily grow through the years
>we will never see Dick grow up on screen, going from Robin to Nightwing to Batman once the Batman actor's contract expires
>we will never see him leave Bruce to lead the Titans
>we will never see the Justice League grow and change over the years
>we will never have a premium cable/streaming collection of shows about Constantine, Zatanna, Swamp Thing, and Deadman leading up to the JLD crossover series
>we will never have the Gotham Academy CW series
>we will never have the Static CBS series
>we will never get to see Superman from origin to, over a decade later IRL time, death
>we will never see the League and the world's superheroes at his funereal
>we will never see Supergirl, Wally, Dick, and Terry take over their mantels
>WB will never use DC to its full potential
>>85653339
>gotham academy cw series
Are you some kind of super faggot?
Hourly reminder that you have 80 years of comics for that and that Terrio and Snyder have crafted the best deconstruction since Watchmen in BvS.
>>85653339
>Suicide Squad releases years after the various solo movies, each villain having appeared in one beforehand
>Gotham Academy, JLD, Static, and I dunnon, some kind of ARGUS show (?) all end their seasons with a scene tacked on the end mirroring that of Justice League 3 Part 1 - everyone seeing the sky has turned red
Post /co/ characters that have/had cancer
Fuck this gay earth
That's the first episode, the first episode was good.
>>85653315
This.
/tv/ is just full of contrary muppets. Jessica Jones was decent at worst, and I personally liked it a lot. It's something different in the larger MCU, and it explores some ground that live action capeshit usually ignores, like the actual after effects of being mind controlled for a start.
So I want to get into the Sonic comics, however, I really don't know where to start. The cartoons are fun, but I'm really more interested in modern Sonic. At the same time, I don't want to jump in and not know who's who since I know there are a lot more characters. What's a good starting point?
Read Sonic the Comic. Avoid Archie's.
>>85653154
I'm guessing that's Fleetway or something? And I'm also guessing Archie is the version with Sally and the Freedom Fighters.
>>85653224
Fleetway has Freedom Fighters too. They're just better Freedom Fighters.
Is Lex Luthor really the bad guy?
New 52 is hero, so no.
yes, Luthor is the bald guy
>>85652787
40 of them.
40!
What are some good /co/ related stuff for vampires? Any recommendations for comics or mature cartoons?
>>85652752
Marvel's Tomb of Dracula series from the 70's.
Warren and Harris Vampirella stuff. Avoid Dynamite. It's trash.
>>85652825
What's dynanite?
>>85652942
A miserable pile of licensed comic books.
The Boyhood Adventures of Bob Belcher featuring Time Traveling Tina the Snake?!? I LOVE that show!
>>85652795
>this argument
>>85652875
>Not an 'argument'
>You're gay for dicks
.
You fucking monster.
Best ice cream

Here's a question, why does DC keep rebooting without really commiting to the reboots? Why would anyone decide to start with a clean slate just to put half the shit back on the slate right away?
they've only rebooted twice
>>85652444
They have only rebooted twice in over 75 years
>>85652444
they never rebooted anything
1985 crisis was undone
hour zero wasn't a reboot
flashpoint wasn't a reboot
seriously people you should read comics or at least red comics for at least 2 years in a row.
So what are your favourtie artists on your favourite titles /co/?
>Batman
Norm Breyfogle easily, especially his work in the late 80's - early 90's.
Greg Capullo. The best part of Snyder's run, easily, he's some kind of genius. Honourable mentions to Andy Kubert.
>Superman
Aaron Kuder and Frank Quietly. Not even joking.
>X-men
John Byrne. The Claremont/Byrne run has amazing art, Byrne also became better and better imo. I also really liked JRJR on X-men.
>The Flash
Francis Manapul. Do I need to explain why? His stuff on 'Tec is also amazing.
>Daredevil
Klaus Janson, JRJR and Frank Miller. Honourable mentions to Mazzucchelli. Also, Miller's run and Nocenti's run are some of the best comics ever made period
>Justice League
So many to choose from, but Jim Lee, Jason Fabok, Porter/Dell on JLA.
>Captain America
Addmitedly I haven't read much, but I like Hitch and Epting.
>>85652254
Bumping with Aaron Kuder's Supes.
My favorite artists have always been the more simple and clean lined work. Stuf that looks almost like old Hannah Barbera animation.
Jack Kirby, Alex Toth, Bruce Timm, Darwyn Cook, Ty Templton, Michael Avon Oeming. In fact when I discovered Powers with tha simple Kirby meets Timm style I was blown away. Pretty much any artist that came in Batman Adventures, Justice Leauge Adventures alll those comics that came out of he animation.
Other than that, if your art is not going to be streamlined and simple it better be gorgeous as heck like Alex Ross, Frank Quietly, Gary Frank. So the artists that have a lot of painterly qualities or go for realism.
What I don't like are artists/inkers who go for that scratchy, pencil marks everywhere like Jim Lee and later Michael Turner .... but for some reason I like Talent Caldwell.
The artist I hate above all is JRjr. If Romita is on your book "fuck you."
>>85652696
JRjr's art only works well nowadays with certain inker-colorist combinations.
Post your favorite comic book covers.
