Is Geoff Johns DC's very own Bendis?
>>85671906
probably, except he's nowhere near as bad.
>>85671963
I dont read Bendis stuff but how bad can he be? Johns has been terrible for the last 6 years
>>85671906
No. Despite his recent slew of sub-par work and his questionable characterizations of certain characters (Batman particularly), he legitimately cares about the characters and stories he writes and respects continuity. He's passionate and doesn't just spew out character-destroying shit for the sake of it.
Your favorite girl has been buffed up from working out, some sort of substance, or anything that got them like this, would you still like her?
Do you mean in real life? Yeah maybe.
>>85671871
Well, this is gonna take year of physical therapy to fix.
>>85672015
I think he meant favorite /co/girl.
>>85672200
Why fix it if you can enjoy it instead?
Aaaaaand go.

Does Spider-Man rape him?
Can anyone share that image of Brevoort tweeting that if all the people who're bitching about the lack of FF bought it when it was out, there'd still be an FF book?

But isn't "Renew Your Vows" essentially Marvel's version of "Superman: Lois and Clark"?
What are good examples of side characters becoming great or important.
Butters
It's not /co/ but Marco Polo got totally sidelined in his own show. It's all about the Khan
Dr Eggman is the main focus of most episodes of sonic boom
A better example would probably be Dave the intern
/co/'s thoughts on this flick?
Just finished watching it. Quite enjoyed it.
Only real complaints are that it took a while to kick off, and the ending was quite sudden.
Also it seems like it would be much harder to enjoy without being familiar with the series. Seems rather risky for an animation studio to release to actual theaters and the like.
>>85671031
Did you sit through the credits?
>>85671201
Yeah, there was a scene between the Iop and the Huppermage, but thats all there was on the copy I downloaded, at least.
Who else is ready for Lego Batman to save DC movies from suckiness?
>>85670961
If Batman doesn't say "I've made a huge mistake" I will... be somewhat upset, but not too much.
>>85670999
Batman never makes mistakes gramps.
What if it sucks as well?
I'm scared.
And we're back!
>When last we left Unsounded, Rahm the Raptor had just given Duane a helping hand through the clocktower wall. Below, Elka and Captain Toma find themselves attacked from all sides by their own traitorous countrymen, each of them hellbent on destroying this beleaguered town! Get your asses out of there, Peaceguard, and- oh, cripes, it looks like something may be standing in their way.
>>85670920
Elka just can't get a break.
>>85670920
He lives!
>>85671093
Not for long.
Do cartoon producers browse /co/, I'm afraid to ask?
A lot of them have passed through, but they all eventually stop coming when some people here take things too far.
I doubt many want to come here anymore especially with the whole recent right wing noise coming out of here eschewed with many current creators own values.
>>85670919
Nobody browses /co/. Not even you!
>>85670919
Yeah we do. Mostly to laugh at you.
Why is this the only costume design that suits Superman? Every other design just looks and feel wrong.
>>85670640
You're stuck in the past Anon.
>>85670640
Because it's iconic?
Because you grew up with JLA?
I'm not sure. Pick your poison
>>85670640
Because your nostalgiaboner prevents you from accepting change.
This looks good
Would you?
Would you?
>>85670579
No because I'm not a slut redneck.
>>85670666
Oh really? We'll see about that!
TDKR aside, are these good Batman movies?
Are these faithful Batman movies?
They're faithful, but only to a very specific aspect of Batman. Batman is an icon with a scope so great that he could never "retire" - his quest for justice would never end.
The Nolan films are accurate in portraying a very specific Batman that only cares about the people close to him and not Gotham as a greater whole. Once everyone he's close to is out of the woods, he's content to run away or quit.
The Plane Scene is a masterpiece bro
>>85670555
I personally like TDKR, but I know not everyone here does. That's why I said TDKR aside, because it seems the majority likes 1 and 2.
How often does Mephisto lose in comics? I'm trying to figure out how easy it would be to destroy the Devil in the Marvel Universe
>>85670196
Mephisto loses pretty often actually. He's not even all that powerful. He lost his realm to an X-Men once. He's regularly out smarted by Loki. Plus he's not THE devil he's A devil. He's the type Constantine would make a fool of before noon.
He's bad, so... constantly.

>259. THE GOSSIP LIFE 03/22
>This A-list actress refuses to wear the make-up necessary for a role she plays. At first, she claimed it was due to allergies, and when the make-up team offered her an alternative, her agent told the producers that it all hides her appearance too much and that it effects the marketability of the series and the actress. The worst part of it all? None of these excuses/reasons existed during the filming of first installment of the series when our actress wasn’t such a big star. Jennifer Lawrence (Raven/Mystique "X-Men: Apocalypse") (poster)
Why is Jennifer "Butterface" Lawrence so goddamn terrible? It's bad enough she's the mutant messiah because "MUH HUNGAR GAEMS" but she can't be assed to put on make up? God I hope she never shows up in X-Men again.
I just want her to leave
