Foster's wasn't really a favorite of mine. I was more into Nickelodeon, with Rocket Power being my favorite.
>all this samefagging
I used to love this cartoon when I was little. I watched it weekday afternoons, as well as weekend mornings. It was a very fun cartoon and I wish Nickelodeon would bring it back. I still watch this show, because it's very fun to watch and brings back memories. Rocket Power is my favorite show of all time.
And yes, I am being serious
>>87203537
Fuck off! Rocket Power was shit! Go watch Rocko's Modern Life. Now that's a classic!
And I'm being serious when I sayTHEY GOT SAND IN THE POTATO SALDA!!!
>>87203551
I enjoyed Rocko, but not as much as Rocket Power.
Hey /co/, so I consider myself a pretty big Spider-Man fan but to be honest, I haven't read many stories that feature Peter as an adult. I read Kraven's Last Hunt and loved it, and I've read some of Slott's run from post-Superior to the "Worldwide" story that came after Secret Wars, with me finding the latter really bad, so I stopped buying new issues of Amazing. Can you give any recommendations for adult Spidey books? Would really appreciate it.
>>87203368
Sure man, no problem.
>Spider-Man: Reign
>Spider-Man: House of M
>Spectacular Spider-Man
>The Robot Parents
>Maximum Clonage
>One More Day
>Maximum Carnage
>The Clone Conspiracy
Enjoy.

So what you're saying is that the only spiderman you've read since he went to college in 1965 was the ultimate universe?
He's a shitty self insert/power fantasy character. Prove me wrong.
>>87203200
You don't want to be proven wrong. Otherwise you would have bothered to actually read his comics instead of wasting time on a message board. So what's the point?
>>87203200
>Comic book superhero
>Power fantasy/self insert on some level
Shocker...
>>87203200
>Batmemers thinking their opinions matter
But I'll take the bait
No character who:
>Dresses like that
>Submits to the government out of genuine belief in the law
>Is happily married to a scheming, combative piece of shit like Lois Lane and is sad when she dies
>Is an actual mama's boy
>Grew up on a farm
>Restricts his power and influence because he doesn't seriously want to hurt people
>Raised a little crybaby faggot like Jon
can be a proper male power fantasy.
Benthelooney hates this cartoon for being boring/slow paced, having weak characters, and having humor that falls flat. He also says it's forgettable. However, the theme song can't get out of his head. The only thing he likes about the show is the voice acting.
>>87203167
Benthelooney sucks ass! CatDog was a great cartoon.
>>87203167
He also hates The Magic School Bus
>>87203205
Does anyone remember Rocket Power? I used to watch that show all the time!
Dude I just dreamed I was, like, a girl.
>>87202953
oh? could you explain what happened when you were a girl in your dream...?

Has anyone seen Harvey Beaks? It was created by Greenblatt, so it seems like could be cool, but I dunno.
We know how Marvel likes to brag about how they have 5000 characters or so, but how many of them are actually in at least 100 issues?
>>87201970
The Angel, a dude from the Golden Age who was just a bad clone of Superman, is in 100+ issues.
Jubilee has been in nearly 500 comics.
Paste Pot Pete has been in 150+.
They have a lot of fucking characters and use them a shitload, anon.
Cable and Deadpool are the only newish characters from the past 20 years to make it to 100.
How ?? CHARACTER » X-23 appears in 1340 issues.

Geez, 2012 was just thirteen years ago, anon.
Honestly as a kid whenever I watch a cartoon on Space Kids I always hope they have the English version where they just have Arabic subs because I always felt the Arabic versions were embarrassing.
But damn in hindsight this isn't so bad.

The fact that she was drawn in a manner attractive to humans
I'm giving this thread five more minutes before you know who shows up.
>>87201663
>implying he didn't start it
>Two guys that are capable of rational thinking
>Get manipulated by villain with a European descent
>villain blows up government officials in a building, making it look like the hero did it
>popular character cameos for a few minutes
>Villain is angry/scared of hero for not being able to save everyone in a city wide destruction they had a cause in
>Hero is triggered by their mother
>Villain is arrested by a hero in black
>Hero in black was extremely motivated to kill the other hero because he let "HIS FAMILY DIE"
>Hero visits someone in a cell at the end
The Batman v Superman script wasn't so bad, why did people hate it again?
Pic unrelated, in a rush
2/10, at least you tried, but it didn't really work.
>>87201438
>>Villain is angry/scared of hero for not being able to save everyone in a city wide destruction they had a cause in
But thats not why Batman hated Superman, he did it because he saw how off the rails he himself got after his "fall" and was scared how bad it would be if the same thing happened to Superman (as shown in his Knightmare sequence and his "even if there is a 1% chance!" speech)
>Villain is arrested by a hero in black
Batman didnt arrest no one
>Hero in black was extremely motivated to kill the other hero because he let "HIS FAMILY DIE"
Batman wasnt motivated by that
>>87201549
The villain is lex luthor you absolute time wasting, genetic gene pool polluting useless nonthinking nobrained thick skulled pank
Which company did he influence more?
>>87201400
Marlel. DC if you want something different.
>>87201400
Marvel for sure.
Comics as a medium. No one has been as influential.
Why do people like Peter parker
>>87201243
because they can self-insert as him. Why do you think Spiderfags want him to be the biggest, greatest hero in the Marvel universe, and are always talking about his "untapped potential" and shit?
He's supposed to be an everyman.
He's handsome, a scientific genius, dates super models, and has super powers, but somehow he's supposed to be an everyman.
He does good quips
He is hilarious

desu I absolutely hate the "We are supposed to hate this character" character archetype. Might as well draw stink lines on him.
Been trying to get into the MCU, what are your recs?
And ,What's the name of that marvel movie where it was
>An origin story
>reluctant hero I think
>Wants to do good and physically and mentally transforms into a hero
>love interest
>Best friend, not sure if he was black or white
It also had forgettable music and the villain died or had an ambiguous ending. It also felt like it set up a sequel and involved so plot device gem/gadget.
What was it?
Sounds like you're describing Batman Begins, senpai.
Or maybe Man of Steel. They're all the same anyway.
