Bill in his first season appearance came off as a trickster who may or may not have been evil. Sort of like a bad-wish genie whose personality was more reflective of the one who summoned him.

By the end though his whole "do weird shit and torment people for the hell of it" really made no sense. He became an immature frat boy without a real plan and sat around for three episodes in his pyramid partying for no real reason. They didn't really do a whole lot to explain his dimension, what happened to it, why he was the way he was, or what good invading Earth would do for him.

He destroyed it but this is probably what we know the least about.

It's right there in the image you posted. He lived in an extremely strict society and it eventually wore him down so much he snapped. Being practically immortal frustration snowballed for a lot longer than your average person.

His current dimension was self destructing, it was get out or die.

I can think of at least 3 examples of this happening

1. there's an episode were Bluto tries to avoid the draft but after he and popeye are attacked by a bunch of japs they both eat spinach to fight them of, it ends with Bluto realizing how great it is to fight japs and enlists.
2. Bluto is a pitcher trying to strike Popeye out so he steals and eats Popeye's spinach before the game to improve his performance, at first it works but once Popeye catches on he just finds some new spinach and wins easily with it
3. Olive becomes a nurse and seems to attracted to all of her patients so Popeye and Bluto go around doing everything in their power to injure themselves so they can get close to her. They can't find anything that can do the job so they end up fighting, Bluto isn't hitting him hard enough for Popeyes liking so he force feeds him spinach and gets the shit beaten out of him.

so it seems like the rankings go

although it depends on the episode, sometimes Popeye gets fucking rekt when he hasn't had his spinach and other times he seems to be doing just fine without it.

It's really pretty outstanding how DC keeps innovating and pushing the medium forward into new and interesting ways while providing affordable but hard hitting masterpieces and genre-defining works, meanwhile Marvel is pretty much nothing but SJW shilling meme-garbage.

It blows my mind that anyone would ever waste money on Marvel when DC is, in literally every single way, a thousand times better.

By the end it'll be close to 300 episodes, and if in the finale they don't allude to 2 in the AM PM I'll be disappointed.

I have a short list of things I want out of it, Party Tonight to play, Eggscellent mention, one of Mordecai and Rigby's raps, and lots and lots of callbacks.

The ideal ending to the show is them going back to Earth and settling back in, and at the very end Mordecai and Rigby quit their jobs and go their separate ways to start their own lives instead of dwelling on each other.

The way this season is going it looks like they'll just finish the Anti-Pops mission and stay space rangers forever, which would be disappointing since that doesn't feel the same as living life on Earth and getting better jobs.
