why would you make stock with an entire chicken?
are you just going to throw away the meat?

Roast the chicken and use the flesh however you want.

Toss the carcass with onion, carrots, vegetable scraps and a handfull of peppercorn in a stock pot and cover with water. Simmer for a couple of hours. Strain and discard the solids.

No use in wasting the meat to make stock. Eat thr chicken, make stock with what is left.

Sysco offers varying levels of catered food. if your school is anything like mine was, your cafeteria is probably signed up for one of the even-worse-than-prison plans.

having to pay for a mandatory mean plan where the food is awful is bullshit, does your school have a students' union? run for prez on a platform of changing that. a guy did that while I was at my school, he got elected and managed to force the administration to make the meal plan not-mandatory.

As a Mexican I bitch about mexican food because it makes me pretty mad that there are foreigners who think shit like fucking Dorito tacos is genuine mexican and then proceed to call it shit because they have never seen actual mexican food, just heart-clogging tex-mex fast food. Just as a reminder, WE DON'T FRY OUR FUCKING TORTILLAS TO MAKE TACOS, unless it's explicitly tacos dorados or literally fried tacos.

I imagine Italians feel the same way, but at least the fast-food version of Italian is still fairly dignified.
