This shit is so fucking disgusting. It has the texture of mucus and a flavor that I can't help but compare to vomit. I love Greek yogurt and accidentally bought this because i saw it was on sale. What a fucking mistake.

/ck/, I need help. I'm trying to learn how to poach eggs, and I'm running into this problem. The eggs fall down to the bottom (because gravity), and then they stick to the bottom of the saucepan and start frying (pic related).
How can I prevent this without using silicone pouches or something? I want to cook five or six at a time, so using stuff like that isn't worth the overhead.

I'm trying to learn a bunch of recipes from gordon ramsay and marco pierre white and they use so much oil and butter and fat it makes me worry I'll become fat.

Is the caloric intake much worse after you cook in oil? Nothing is deep fried or flat out unhealthy but it's like every step requires a really good drizzle of olive oil.

Yeah, they do use a lot of oil/butter, but if you pay attention you'll see that most of stays behind in the pan rather than in your food. You only consume a fraction of the amount of oil used.
