Serious question /ck/, I think I ate some moldy gravy by mistake (I thought the pink liquid parts were part of it and that the gravy was a soup) but I only had 2 sips of it before realizing this. I'm now feeling sick to my stomach (it's been an hour). I've already tried puking (didn't work) and am drinking tonnes of fluids. Am I going to die? You won't get hungry for a while after that. I've forgotten to eat for a day before, myself, and I used to be fairly gluttonous. Lost 30 lbs, or a little more than 2 stone.
If you live in a place you can't get it then, I dunno, just stop eating. More than that, go on hikes, run, walk around places in your city you don't normally see. Make exercise interesting in whatever way you can.
