>He fell for the 401k scam
>100% ROI
how is this a scam?
>>960471
This. It's literally free money.
>side note: some of these captchas make me hungry
Do you even multi currency in your wallet /biz/?
I carry multiple currencies in my wallet, so if I'm ever in another country in my dreams, I can afford to buy some 5 hour energy and wake myself up.
Jks, maybe, idk, but I just have multiple currencies in my wallet. My dad does too, most of our family does this for some reason.
>>960438
I've heard it's bad luck.
But I tend to carry $500 in cash in my wallet, although I don't tend to carry my wallet with me, only things that I need. Wallets are too bulky, kind of retarded design and impractical.
>>960438
I carry my internationally accepted banking card...
>>960445
I don't wear skinny jeans so wallets are totally fine for me
But I carry around $360 in my wallet as well, minus these bills, but I don't think it's bad luck at all. I see lots of people carrying $400 - $500 even a thousand with them to go to Costco LOL

First for losing money is better with friends
Who here regrets not selling nbg for a profit and going all in on asti
Nah ASTI is going down again after their earnings report. Check it on the after hours, already lost most of the gains.
What are some books that focus on improving your charisma as a young male?
There's the obvious "How to win friends and influence people" but most of that stuff is really basic, and it feels like that book contains 10 main points stretched over a couple hundred pages.
You Have It or You Don't

A lot of people say this, and I do believe a certain natural charm helps, but why couldn't it be trained like anything else?
My social life improved from e.g. How to win friends, and other specific pieces of advice. The Victorians had a lot of texts about social grace and how to act properly in social situations.

Improving Your Charisma as a Young Male for Dummies
>There are people who are rich simply through rite of birth meanwhile you bust your ass and will probably never be rich
fuck this gay earth
But their parents busted their asses. Or maybe their parents' parents. And so on.
And every generation either (probably) increased the wealth, or did not squander it, which is way more difficult than you might believe.
Rich dynasties generally deserve to be rich.
You poor thing~
>>960334
Why should they get handouts from there parents?
How would you make money off of the Paris attacks?
Unless you had shorted shit before the market close you can't make anything

Holy fuck you guys..
At least it's leveling off.

So i want to make a product. i have an idea of what it is, what i want it to do and how it works.
i don't know how to introduce my idea to others who can help, and fined help for that matter.
So who wants to tell me some things that can point me in the right direction of how i can get this thing at least out of my head.
>>960221
Make a prototype and go on one of them indiegogo sites and present it there.
>>960221
What's the product type?
>>960221
I've been wondering the same thing. Always kinda paranoid that someone will steal my idea. I know there will be imitators that probably even do it better but I want to make my cut first, and get credit too ;)
Hey /biz/ how do you get into a mafia? I'm 18, I have the equivalent of 300 dollars to my name, and I have no ties to anyone or anything.
Throughout the years I have come to the conclusion, that I'm intelligent, seeing how fucking dull the median is. I can learn pretty much any new skill fairly quickly, so I'm sure I'd have no problem with becoming useful to a crime enterprise, if someone is willing to invest in me.
The question is, how do I convince a druglord/rabbi or any participant in organized crime to invest time and money in training me to be a successful asset? How do I even find these people? I only know petty gangsters, drug dealers and people who grow weed in their basements, but seeing how fucking broke these people usually are I'd say they're not the way to go.
Any ideas?
Keks who still think going to college and being an employee for the rest of their lives will get them anywhere other than numb mediocrity, or think they can break out of wagekekdom, and they will surely make it by being wagekeks for JUST one more year, need not apply.
>>960199
since when does /biz/ filter the world cück what the fuck
Wondering the same thing anon. Probably just start committing crime and people will take notice
>>960199
>rabbi or any participant in organized crime
1/10 made me chuckly
(kill yourself)
I am going to community "meme"-college in Ontario Canada rn while redoing a few highschool courses online so that I can apply to University after(doesn't seem I'll get much if any transfer credits but w/e). And I was planning on studying Accounting then going for a CPA as I plan on moving to another country in the future and that seems to be among the most highly respected degrees/designations abroad from what I've heard.
So I was wondering if I should ultimately just stick with memeunity college or actually try to get bachelors degree in Accounting. Is Accounting a meme? Could some people who work as Accountants chime in and describe their workday and memestatus. Thank you.
Picture related
is it a meme or not
Pretty much a meme.
>long hours
>low pay
>mediocre growth
Only if you get a professional designation does it become tolerable
>>960186
Is it really a meme...? Seemed like a pretty good profession ;-;
I'd like to invest in an oil-refining MLP for those big dividends. Catch: I'm a foreigner, and Uncle Sam insists on withholdhing 39.6% of them. Then my country ignores that, and taxes them on top, making the total tax rate 55%.
How do I get USA not to steal that 40%? Any IRSfags on?
Daily bumpity. Surely there's tons of non-murican /biz/nessmen here?
>>960129
Why would you want to invest in My Little Pony?
>>960129
why do you want MLP's? they have particular tax codes. also, what country? some markets bundle ETFs in their markets with foreign holdings to work under local laws
With the tremendous advances that industry giants (e.g., Google, Amazon, IBM, Facebook) have been making in service offerings and technologies based on data sciences, machine learning, etc., is there still room for viable innovation on the part of small businesses and startups, without depending on grants or venture capital?
>>960106
Each of the companies you mention occupies a different niche, so I would recommend finding one that isn't occupied.
Nobody's going to catch up with Amazon AWS in the near future on the hardware side. IBM's Watson is pretty much smoke and mirrors, although they have a pretty solid analytics consulting business. Google/Adobe offerings are generally domain specific to marketing analytics.
Having worked in the industry for a while, I would say the biggest opportunity for disruption is in healthcare analytics, because that data is being wwwaayyy underutilized. You might have to jump through lots of hoops because of HIPAA requirements though.
>>960554
Why do you say that about Watson? I work with hotshot from there.
>>960555
I meant the computing system not the research lab.
Hi /biz, I'm a NEET living in Canada with a disposable income of $900 (CDN) a month. How do I get into day trading?
>>960074
Holy shit, he's really back.
You've put me in a good mood OP so here's some advice.
>How do I get into day trading?
Don't.

I'm about to go give my 2 weeks notice. It's a travel/labor type job with mediocre pay and I hate it. Been there about 4 months. Never quit a job before so how do I do this respectfully?
I also don't have another job lined up but I'm comfortable enough with my current financial state to be jobless for a little while.
any tips?

If I'm good at math, how do I use this to my advantage to amass millions?
For every Fields medal you win, you will get $15,000.
Keep winning those and it won't be long.
>>959966
Calculate how many dicks you need to suck a day to become the millionaire you want to be in x number of years.
Good luck
You can calculate how many soul crushing hours as a wageslave you have to work before you'll reach that million.
Good luck OP, I know you can do it!
