Do you guys think a you-tube channel is worth the time invested into it? the way I see it there are two routes you can take.

A) Create Quality new content and grow a dedicated fan base who will white-list your channel on add-block

OR

B) Create multiple channels all spamming whatever the flavor of the month is along with some minor (but very grey area) thievery of other OC on YouTube just re-branded as your own

seems like a pretty big risk, you would have probably had to start years ago to grow a youtube channel to where you are bringing in mega $$.

This. The JewTube ship set sail long ago.

If you want a hope of gaining subs your best option is plan B, but be aware that established channels are going to be posting about FOTM shit too, and you'll have to be competing with them.
>>
As I understand it the money isn't in Youtube ads. You can only hope to make a few thousand a year which certainly isn't worth the time and energy to produce the content.

The real money is in endorsement deals.

Also it's a great way to get the attention of PR and Marketing firms if you have a great online presence

Grad program or normal grad job?

I heard grad program is better cause you can network with all your peers who are more likely to be successful in the future.

Anyone else their office cuckold?

I'm pretty much in fear 24/7 about losing my job so I'm basically a yes-man and do anything anyone asks of me.

Funny thing about being the office cuck for me.

>be entry level scrub (chemistry)
>do work for direct manager(chemistry)
>chemE's can't chemistry so i being a team player help them out
>get cucked into making solutions(bitchwork that "needs a chemist")
>work overload and tell boss what's going on
>boss tells me those guys aren't my boss and publicly tells them off for not filing with analytical(not my chemistry) to cut costs
>my entire team laid off two months later

Idk have your boss tell you exactly what you can/cannot do. Maybe you'll get fired but it's his ass in the end
>>
>>1408503
I don't have a direct boss atm, hence why I'm being passed around so much. I'm doing my job + whatever else anyone asks me to do, even vacuuming.
>>
>>1408510
Dude.. The fuck..

So what is this "job" of yours exactly?

I'm about to inherit .85% of 50 million thanks to owning that much in a company that is being funded with said 50 mil getting paid out.

I live in California. What tax % will I pay and how much will I end up with?

/biz/ is incapable of being your accountant in this situation, I fear.
>>
>>1408433
You'll probably be faced with the most severe tax in this scenario. In most states it's 100% for Business Inheritance Buyout Staking Venture Gains Capital tax. So you won't end up with much.
>>
>>1408437
Ignore this idiot.

BIBSVGC tax is never 100%, at most you're looking at 85-90%. What state are you in OP?

Why do you still even come to this dogshit website?

Why aren't you building a business or excelling in the real world right now?

Hey /biz/

So I'm thinking about buying a house nearby. I'm in DFW. Its a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in north Dallas. I can't really do roommates though, I'm not good at living with others. I'm thinking of renting all 4 bedrooms out and keeping my apartment for now as its close enough to work so i can walk and fairly cheap.

House is being sold for 200K.
I'm thinking 50K down.
500/bedroom for rent.

As Dallas is constantly growing, seems like it should be filled fairly easy.

I feel like I'm overlooking something big time. Would this be destined to blow up in my face?

Where at in north Dallas? I'm a Dallas pro. I can tell you if it's worth it or not.

t. grew up in Dallas proper and love this city and will be buried here
>>
>>1408246

I live and work downtown. House is in Carrollton/Farmers Branch area.
Thanks.
>>
>>1408233
No way you'll be able to get 500 per bedroom, ESPECIALLY if you're not living there. Also there's a ton of codes and standards you have to go through to legally subrent a house four ways, made all the more complicated if you can't even let the IRS know its your primary residence. Big difference between "making a little money on the side" renting out a few extra rooms to "property purely for rental income" to the IRS.
