Eurbane. Add "for you" to it

eurbane parses as eur-bane. the word "bane" has horrible connotations, so unless you market to goths or death metal fans, definitely not the first.

the second sounds awkward as fuck, is hard to parse and even harder to pronounce fluently. bad, but still leagues above the first.

The name to me suggests something related to Europe.

If that's not your intention, change the name.

Also, the word 'urbane' had negative connotations and it's not good to have your name sound like that

As a recruiter, what does it say when, for your job, everyday you're negotiating or dealing with high level business in the organization, where your skill is measured in that you don't back down and get the best deal you can, and here in front of you someone is willing to take the first offer and even wants to work for less than your first offer would be? What does that say about them?

On the things that make you a good recruiter, and people internalize liking people like them, this person is a rank amateur that has no love or skill in youe craft.

Rationally, yes, cheaper is better, but you stink of desperation, you show you're wholly unlike your recruiter which is a huge turnoff, and you signal weakness in competency for the position. Don't negotiate down.
