I am promoting my video on youtube through google adwords.
Are there any countries I should exclude to prevent fraudulent clicks?
I'm noticing a lot of views from India and am skeptical.

RED ALERT: yes!!! Any middle east countriws should be exvluded.. In fact you should only be promoting to Western countries or you are TOTALLY wasting your time. Change it QUICK bro...

If you're too lazy to research one of the most documented internet-professions of all time, you're too lazy to work with any information I give you.
I'm interested as well. Specific information without the usual guru fluff would be much appreciated
>>1647168
I've researched this endlessly. It's always the same shit, you read a lot but still don't know how to get traffic and people clicking on your crap.
Also OP kys for putting that image.

Any ANZ holders here? I bought at ~$25 and they're at ~$30 currently with an upcoming dividend. Pretty happy with that. I just saw them super low a few months back and thought they're bound to go up. Convinced some mates to let me invest a few grand each of their money (and some of my own).

They probably use those as well.
I don't know anything about them other than that they're "that company that uses OCaml".
After buying a used car and going through the whole rigamarole and owning it for a month; I recieved a letter from the dealership saying my loan/car financing was turned down because reasons from something.
What's weird is they have the wrong vehicle listed.
What did they meme by this?
>>1654358
Come on guys, this has my noggin joggin and I want to get a good night's sleep.
>>1654358
If it has the wrong car, you can assume its their error.
Also, do you have the info of the loan company? Can you log into the site and make payments? If so, then clearly nothing is wrong.
>>1654387
The car's financing was done through Socitabank, or in other words some third party bank that I don't go to.
The first payment was yesterday and the money was taken out. When I go to SB's website the account's plan just gives me an error and tells me to try again.
How do I get people to invest in my business ideas?
>hard mode: college student

Build a good first viable product and don't spend too much building it, then get a few costumers.
1( Have skin in the game. Fronting 20% of the deal is often a great percentage to shoot for
2( Know what you are doing. You should believe that what you are doing for your investor is actually good for them - this will make you much better at arguing that they should invest.
3( Know how to sell. Know how to negotiate. Find the objection, agree with it, keep moving forward and ask tough questions.
4( Build a solid reputation of successful deals done with your own money.
5( Offer your investors a really good deal if you don't have any of the above. Guarantee payment or delivery of services.

Besides Craig's list what's a good place to look for a job?
>>1654165

Just walk to the closest businesses that you live here and say I'm looking for a job.

/adv/ is shit and centered around NEETs with lady issues, so I'll try here instead.
>Background
I'm 28 years old, and have been working in the trades my entire career and even beforehand, starting at 13. It's the only thing I know how to do and the only marketable skill I have. As of late, my health has begun to fail me in the form of back and lung issues, and although no definite diagnosis has been issued to me I feel that my days in my particular line of work are numbered. I've long since been sick of my line of work and have been thinking of transition into a technology-related career for the sake of my health and growth. The original plan was to leverage my current experience one last time to get the highest paid job I could and use the money to eliminate all standing debt (car) and fund my education however necessary, but I'm starting to doubt that my back will permit me to continue doing this much longer.
>(1/2)
>>1654107
have you considered starting your own business?
welder I assume?
>(2/2)
>The Plan
So my idea was for software development or a coding-related job. I've always been interested in tech-related things, and also considered in the future using my industrial background alongside computer knowledge to make a break into robotics and automation. I've heard stories of people who are able to semi-freelance in this sort of work or at least work from home (major improvement from a filthy workshop or job site). The primary issue is I haven't kept up with the tech related fields for a while and am mostly ignorant to the careers available, their future prospects, or their attainability. I'm aware there are many free online sources for learning programming languages, and currently is my target of study (brush up html and javascript for web stuff, learn java/C++/?Python? for actual programming). I'm not aware of the value, purpose, or scope of hardware related knowledge, it's relevance, or how to get started.
>Objectives
-Get out of the trades and into a tech related field
-Aiming for respectable middle class income, 50-90k would be fantastic
- *Bonus* Freelance, work-from-home, or entrepreneurial possibilites
-Any means of avoiding college extremely preferred. I live completely alone (no friends or family) and have no time or money for college, trying to avoid debt like the absolute plague it is.
Any ideas, criticisms, or resources you guys have to offer is deeply appreciated, no matter how small.

Welding and machining
Yes, however considering I'm in an industrial part of the midwest everyone and their brother is doing the same. Aside from that I have no startup money or clientele, and live in an apartment (no garage to work out of either).
>boss met with the CEO of a much larger company today (10k people vs our 30)
>gave him a very brief tour of our office
>ended up singling me out to introduce me as "Anon, the team genius" and told him a few words about the work I do
What could have been my boss' motivation for singling me out like that? He didn't do it with anyone else on the team. They just sat/stood there awkwardly without knowing what's going on.
I wasn't even told that was the CEO, my boss just said it's "[so-and-so] from [big company]" and I found out by Googling later.
Rumour has it they want to buy our company but that's just talking between the employees who were just as surprised by the visit as I was.
>>1654103
don't look that into it but it's a compliment. he prob trusts you to say the right shit if the ceo was going to ask you questions
>>1654103
what the hell are you actually asking?
do you do something special where you work?
do you do things no one else can do?
are you more capable/ambitious/creative than your peers?
are your abilities in particular better suited to the company of the visiting CEO?
has you boss at any time before gave you such treatment?
I mean shit. Idk what this fucking question IS........you're a genius but are confused by this little meet & greet? think a little deeper
>>1654141
Yea pretty much this. He knew you wouldn't make his team look like idiots. Best case you are the team genius, worst case you say the least dumb shit.
