it's definitely up there. most flaws are just a lack of content in certain areas (dungeons) which arguably isn't a 'mistake' so much as just how they decided to divide their resources. imo they should have spent a bit more time on them though even if the world suffers a bit from it. 900+ korok seeds is kinda superfluous.
