I spent last year in complete isolation, and it's hard to behave properly or to talk to people. I used to pass for a normal person, now I sperg out in any complex conversation.
But that's not the worst. The worst is constantly catching myself holding cups like one would hold a glass, instead of holding it by the handle.
I look like an uncultured peasant - how do I prevent myself from holding cups wrong?

Start drinking hot drinks like coffee more often, that'll teach you to hold the handle right quick. I don't know what kind of mugs you use, but touching the sides of mine is a deathwish.

I decided to go on a shift to Yamal peninsula as a "computer guy" (LOL NO honest mistake, you are a radio operator hahahaha, here's a doorstopper manual). It fucking sucked - it's cold inside during winter, deadly outside. In summer, the station was zerg-rushed by tiny mosquitoes called "gnus".
We had heating, but it wasn't enough, so my fingers felt like they were freezing off every morning. So I held hot cups to warm them up.

I think my biggest problem is I am afraid of talking to my friends because I dont want to burden them. I never ask them to hang out or ask if they are doing anything.
I just got into a discord server with a few friends I recently made and I feel like Im talking too much. I feel like they get annoyed at me since I havent known them very well and Im new to their group.
Is this natural? Do peopme actually think like this? How can I overcome this fear?

I solve this by getting drunk, all the time. That way I have no anxiety, and any embarrassing things I say can be excused with "Oh, I was drunk, I don't remember even saying that!" Whether I remember it or not (which I typically do).
