I'll prolly teach my kids some gun shit, but they should learn most shit on their own. The main thing i'll teach em is earning and dealing with money early so that they don't turn into fucking deadbeats like some of my friends. I don't understand how some people can't get their little fucking rodent brains around the concept that when you spend money, it's gone. That is a more useful survival thing than any martial art or gun proficiency desu.

My dad didn't teach me any of those things. Don't get me wrong, he's a brilliant man, just not in that way. He supported my archery/scouts/hiking stuff. Just never did it himself. Probably due to his parents. I mean the man tried to surprise me and "sharpened" my SAK (that I got when I was 6 and want to give to my son when I have one) on a fucking bench grinder. Nearly destroying it. He can build anything he wants but has no clue about knives/weapons.

I don't know but I'll probably try to get my son into it all around 6 or 7. The same time I started and when I can trust him to listen properly. Get him in the scouts and support it.

Granted that's if I have a son. Seeing as my bitch ex left me last year after being together since I was 15 without so much as a reason why. So, maybe.

Honestly if you can find a good scout group that isn't pussified then you're golden. I'm in a country with more limited access to firearms and we still managed to do some .22 shooting and slotting bunnies. The leader brought his own .22s for us to use.

No, speed, is still a massive asset to fighters, you can't out turn modern missiles at low speeds, super manoeuvrablity is a meme. If you're relying on your missiles to do all your work for you in a prop plane you'd be better off just fitting out a c-130 with a huge radar and turning it into a missile truck because if the missiles are going to be doing all the fast flying and climbing they are going to need to be relatively large and you're not going to get many on to a small single prop air frame.

You may save some many on the aircraft but you'd be pissing it all away with the missles, so it's not a good idea.

Drones have props though, you can still wank off to some futuristic drone porn m8.
