Digging through Google images eventually took me to a dead Photobucket and some foreign Pinterests with no info which is often an indicator that a knife is custom. It's also possible that my Googlefu simply failed.

There's already a general knife thread, please check the catalog before you make new ones. You can't really be blamed for not seeing it because /k/ can't make a general worth a damn and "knife" isn't found anywhere in the OP. Ctrl+f "ktg" in the future.
