also ATGMS are much better for small applications like that.

The Russians already have the Uran-9. 30mm autocannon, 7,62mm coax MG, six AT missiles. I can see those things being really useful in infantry support. It's like giving infantry their own armoured support, but with just a fraction of the logistical tail and manpower required.
