Ok, this'll likely be my last thread for a little while, I just wanted to put this up and ask you guys one final time before I buckle down and hate fuck this thing until it's complete.
Is there anything else you can see that I'm missing, I think at this point I have pretty much everything however I know I may be overlooking something incredibly obvious.
>>33357586
I have decided to keep the military/civilian split as it allows me to more streamline my process and not repeat myself to much.
>>33357590
Finally this is just a brief overview, there will be a lot more additions before this is complete however I thought I'd give you guys a taste of it's current scale.
Oh any questions comments and suggestions can also be sent here

Would you trust your freedom in the hands of the Singaporean military /k/?
Also their camo and gun is shit and they are just a bunch of green conscripts.

Are you indonesian by any chance ?
How would have the wars differed if the Vietnam was desert and modern middle Middle-East was jungle?
So desert warfare in the sixties and jungle warfare today?
It would swap the aesthetics of two whole generations of fudds and mall ninjas.

Supposed M45A1s actually used by MARSOC are being sold on gunbroker right now. What's the deal? Fake/scam? If not, how the hell did they come into the market?

I don't know if it's real, but why would anyone pay $1,350 for an abused handgun?
>>33357400
Mostly an assumed collector value, some people like the been there done that look. And you can tell people that a Marine Raider, like, totally wasted a dozen ragheads with it or whatever.

Why are the people that carry .45 the worst kind of gun owners?
>>33357301
People like different things and it's silly to hate on people preferences. Lets see how many (you)s you get with this tired worn out rehashed .45 vs everyone thread where nothing will be decided or changed by the end.
45ACP is a round of it's time. Large and slow. When a huge chunk of lead of needed to impact a target and penatrate deep.
Then modernized ballistics started to come on the scene. FMJ was no longer the flavor when JHP where getting sweet penetration and wider kill holes in a smaller package like the newer 9mm and 40SW.
45ACP, if it floats your boat, rock it wit your cock out

Because the military took a lesson from Ivan chesnokov and said FUCK YOU EQUIPMENT IS FINE
? Every military on the planet that isn't complete dog shit has old starting points for their equipment with new upgrades.
My work gave me a $500 gift card to Cabela's, and I'd like some advice from you faggots on how to spend it. Current front funner is a Pennsylvania long rifle (because fuck those thieving Kentucks). I'm open to other black powder offerings though.
I know Cabela's is wallet-rape, but I already have the $500 gift card so I may as well use it towards something I want.
Colt 1860 army or an 1851 Navy are both under $300. Avoid the brass frames like the plague

Thanks, I hadn't really considered a revolver, but it does seem like a lot of fun.
A long gun would be used mostly for target shooting and potentially durr.
Fun ron to bumb
what is /k/s opinion on the Kel Tec su 16 series of rifles?

Cheap, lightweight, ultimately functional but will show greatly accelerated wear if you do a lot of magdumping or if you try to use it as you would an AR or AK, so don't look at it as a substitute for either, it can't take it.
Slow shooting at the range with generous pauses every 10 rounds or so, and it'll last well enough. It can handle some magdumping, but not a lot of it, and not frequently.
The handguards can be folded down into a bipod but this is a wasted feature, too flimsy, keep them folded up. Lower can fold up for storage, and stock can store one or two magazines (one 30 or two 10).
So, it has some pros, but also some cons, it'll work well enough but know it's limitations and what to expect. If you want a cheap gun which could save your life in a home invasion, it can do that.

They are super light and it makes 556 recoil more. I'm not a fan but done people love it. It's great for going hiking with because of its concealability

Is it feasable to build my own semi automatic guns? Is it doable and where do I start?
What price do you expect it would go on?
Garage gunsmithing is never a good idea, kiddos
Good luck trying to make your little blowback hackjob not to explode

What calibre was this?
The wrong one. He should try again.
Fun fact, he did it just so he could include the clip of him doing it in his rap video, but he fucked up the recording and couldn't properly rap afterwards because of the gunshot wound.
Also it was apparently 38 caliber.
