Is it possible for a self taught programmer to work for a such company like google?

Is it possible to learn on your own without autism?

What do you have to know?
Python + Java + C# + JS/HTMl5 + algorithms + discrete math.

Is it enough?

From what I know they hire people with phd in physic, I am quite sure that physic phd is not going to have such wide knowledge about computers as cs graduate.
