you guys like my superman theme set up? it's still in progress but im getting there.
also, my wallpaper on my desktop doesn't really match my LED's. i usually have red on top and blue at the bottom and i couldn't find a 4k wallpaper that had a nice looking symbol with some color on it.
can you guys link me some 4K pictures? (3840x2160) i also wouldn't mind a triple set up wallpaper (11520x2160)

Are they riskier than normal passwords? More secure? Am I giving the government my fingerprint by using one on Android/iOS/Windows/MacOS? Is it a deal breaking feature in modern smartphones, or is it completely useless?

In terms of usability it isn't a meme, it is a genuinely nice feature that many people want on phones. Sometimes it is a dealbreaker to not have one.

Riskier. They can open them by obtaining your fingerprint. Passwords have to be cracked, or backdoors have to be opened, court orders obtained, etc. Both take much longer than some investigator or border agent pulling up your fingerprint from the DMV records.

I have perfect vision, but have to wear safety glasses at work. I could see it somehow being implemented into that to being useful, hell even being able to read my messages/emails without taking my phone out of my pocket would be nice, since I have to wear the glasses anyways.
However, if they look anything at all like op's pic, there's no way in fuck I would ever use them no matter how practical and useful they are. I think a contact lens HUD of sorts would be better, but I dont even want to guess at how far away we are from that

So you guys talk about how great Rockbox players are and one of my friends has one and loves it, and I came into possession of one Sansa E260 with a broken screen, so I thought I would replace the screen and try out Rockbox.
I was given three old ones that were bad in other ways but two had good screens, I looked up guides on taking the screen out and there is literally only one that google knows about. The last step in the guide says to "peel" the screen connector ribbon off the main board.
This kills the screen. The screens cannot be swapped via "peeling" them off. They can't even be put back on the original boards they came from. So I've got one good one left, if I can swap it to the good Sansa I can have a working Rockbox rig.
So, what the heck it the actual method of removing and reconnecting these ribbon cables here?
