Is there a single piece of open source backup software for Windows that isn't Java garbage or web UI?
You'd think it's the simplest fucking thing to do, take data, copy it somewhere else, add some scheduling capability and a USABLE INTERFACE, bam you're done. Why are open source coders so fucking inept?
Here's a program written by 1 guy in fucking Delphi that has every functionality you could ask from a PC backup solution, except being free.

There is owncloud if you just want normie sync folder action, there is git if you want version control, there is ftp, rsync etc if you want something more advanced.

We have no clue what is going on with Intel these days. The Intel supported reviews this week are based on a handful cherry-picked websites that are on a marketing-drip directly from Intel. The rest of the media will need to somehow borrow their samples from Intel partners.

With the system at idle with a GeForce GTX 1080 installed / 16 GB memory / SSD and the X299 motherboard I hovered at roughly 75 Watts in IDLE. That's just fine really, but the load values are rather significant. When we stressed the processor 100% run we reach roughly 250 to 300 Watts with this is a 10 core part. So we go from 75 Watts towards 300, that's 225 Watt in my book.

Memory XMP profiles would not stick, power consumption with one BIOS was OK, the other through the roof. But most of all the processor performance was all over the place. I finally received my Noctua AM4 bracket, /g/!
I mounted my NH-D15S and now i'm doing overclock stability tests on Ryzen Master, to see what is stable and what isn't. Unfortunately my motherboard's heatsinkless VRMs or the PSU (i don't know which is causing it between the two but i am certain it is not the CPU) are giving me some troubles so i can't overclock my R7 1700 very far, but i'll be buying a new PSU and some thermal pads (that i will use along some small heatsinks that i already have) in a few days so i'll get to reach the limit of my CPu in a few days!
