Right, three things:
1. Bike rear light. Works great. Except- it only has 3 settings, flash, flash brighter, and strobe. The page says it has 'always on mode' but it either doesn't exist or the functionality (one button) is so cryptic I've not been able to figure it out. To the good news: Battery life is higher than advertised. Way higher. When I tested it, it lasted 15 hours on the standard setting. Charge took under 2 hours. The little rubber strap and such works just fine. Overall, pleased.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/chinkolight/32375804026.html
2. A lipo battery charging module. Works. Yeah that's about it, it works and it's 32 cents. Took a little while to arrive though (24 days or so).
Pleased.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/chinkocharge/32262165371.html
3. Glasses strap thing. Cost 55 cents, felt like 10 cents. It's literally just a bit of stretchy fabric sown at both ends. Doesn't really work very well at all. Main problem is that it has no actual way of staying attached to a pair of glasses. Not pleased. Seriously, I was using a rubber band and some bits of string before getting this and that works better. Only linking so you know what it looks like.

Any one has any experience with this things? Are they good?

1) Use a live image and to boot directly into the GNU/Linux distribution without installing anything.
2) Dual boot the GNU/Linux distribution of your choice along with Windows or macOS.

Wizards assemble !
Advanced users of GNU/Linux (and I mean advanced), remember to try Source Mage GNU/Linux. True source-based distribution, and (in contrast with Gentoo and Arch) is:
Free from obfuscated and pre-configured code.
Fully committed to GPL, uses only free software (as in freedom) in their main package.
With even the documentation licensed as FDL.
Without 3rd party patches, sensible defaults or masked packages.
Doesn't need obfuscated python libraries, only bash.
Use clean dependencies as they came from upstream developers, which by the same provides instant updates.
Can heal broken installs.
Can also use flags.
Do you like Arch Linux's AUR? Do you like Gentoo's portage (or ports-like) package manager? With SMGL's "sorcery" you get all that. Making new spells (packages) not found in the grimoire (repository) is easy http://sourcemage.org/Spell/Book
Bash hackers welcome! Come and join http://sourcemage.org/
If I export variables in my .bashrc, they won't be available for use in my Bash scripts, right? Because .bashrc is for interactive shells only, as in, when I start my terminal emulator?

I really hope it won't cost more than $300
We are making a web browser!
In the face of recent changes in Firefox and Chrome some anons were asking for a /g/'s perfect web browser, we collected the most wanted here and plan on continuing with the creation.

- Host project at savannah.nongnu.org
- Set bug tracker, website, and mailing list in Savannah.
>WORK PLAN
1. Browse the links2 source code (you can use Ctags or GNU GLOBAL for tagging functions and files).
2. Open API to future javascript integration (by an independent engine?).
3. Dig the javascript enabled version 2.1pre28 of links2 if you are curious.
4. Expose API and give (scripting) access to just about everything.
5. Create a scripting engine for every accessed interface (vimscript-like?).
6. Create a switch by profiles for incoming and outgoing connections (uBlock-like).
7. Create profiles generator for user-agent and canvas fingerprint, with manual option for the user-agent.
8. Give control over the DOM, use folders for each site to be manually edited (use a hierarchical structure to cover subsites).
9. Include cache/tmp/cookies/logs options like read only cache and local CDN emulation.
10. Implement a link grabber for every link available to be parsed by the scripting interface.
11. Work with the links2 ncurses interface to support simple tree style options for everything (adblocking and tabs in the future).
12. Implement tabs and add tree style tabs in ncurses.
13. Work in the tree style bookmark management with ncurses.
14. Add a javascript engine.
15. Work in the framebuffer graphics rendering.
16. Add the rest of the features.

FAQ
>Why teknik.io?
We plan on moving to savannah.nongnu.org. There is a github mirror too.
>Why links2?
Enough features and the API seems more friendly.
>Why not netsurf?
Good rendering but not for DOM updates, plus dependencies gave problems.
>Will it have tree style tabs?
Yes, but not up in the priorities.
>Will it be crossplatform?
Already is.
>Will you use a separate javascript engine?
Probably.
>Will you use a separate layout engine?
We can consider it once we dig up more the code?
>Will you use netsurf layout engine?
Might be a problem because of the DOM (not enough information).
>Will you use webkit/blink/servo?
No.
>Will it it have vim keys?
Yes.
>Will it have "graphics"?
Yes. We are planning to run the program in terminal using the frame buffer for graphics, but Links2 also comes with directfb, X server, SVGA and other graphics drivers.
>Will it have an adblocker.
Yes.
second for doomed from the start
>>60984668
>>Will you use webkit/blink/servo?
>No
fine just use gecko you fags
thinking that you actually have the ability to turn links into something with proper CSS and JavaScript support is a joke. I'd be surprised if your fork even successfully changed one line of code.
I want u to prove me wrong though so here are some tips anyways:
- make it work before planning features/logo/name/*
- don't fork code that you have to "explore" to know what you can do with it
- /g/ can't even average 2 ints in C, try a different language

Idol trash reporting in.
What's your setup, Anon?
Reminder: You cannot hear a difference between 16 and 24 bit, or 44.1 khz and anything higher, unless sample rates above 44.1 khz are producing harmonic distortion in your audio equipment by reproducing supersonics, which can happen. All encoding music to anything higher than 16/44.1 accomplishes is increasing file size and possibly creating harmonic distortion.
>>60981459
Friendly reminder, while HD music is a meme, there's nothing magic to 16bit/44.1KHz. It's just what the Audio CD standard does use.
Computers, videogames, DVD movies, digital TV streams and other media tend to use 16bit/48KHz.
Resampling between both formats is discouraged.

>If you are using Linux, OpenBSD, NetBSD, FreeBSD, or Solaris, on i386 or amd64, you are affected.
>What are the risks posed by the Stack Clash?

If you want play your shitty AAA games (in which they don't even bother anymore), rather than actually contribute to intelligent technology related discussion? That's great.
