Most gyms will have sanitizing wipes around, just use those. You could also bring a towel with you to put on the bench, etc. as you workout.

Hey /fit/ Looking for some advice. Been dieting and doing cardio jogging for the past few weeks trying to get to a weight goal for an event in September.
My usual eating regiment is a slow carb diet, but I starting doing Keto for the past couple weeks since my usual eating tends to just maintain my weight. Ketone readings are around 4-6 mmol/L depending on the time of day using urine strips.
I have been dropping about a half pound a day. I want to ask your advice on if I should keep doing the Keto diet since it seems to be having decent success, or if I should try doing a juice cleanse (about 3 weeks until event). Anyone tried both or can give me their personal knowledge/experiences on pros and cons of both?
TLDR; Keto or Juice Cleanse for short term rapid weight loss?

3 days per week:
3x10
Squats
Deadlifts
Overhead push
Chin up
Bench Press
Seated Row
Bicep Curl
Tricep Pushdowns
Abs (might not do them)
and 2xweek cardio (spinning until I find another place to hoop)

Pic is current body. 178 cm, 88kg. Squat max 200 kg, deadlift 240, bench 140(ugly arched back tho) and push press 100kg. Got there with a 3 times a week full body routine and IF. Now doing phul on a cut, but as usual, i get weak as fuck during it.
Should i just ignore going for a six pack and get a massive yoke, bigger shoulders and go for strongfat?
