Hey /fit/ Looking for some advice. Been dieting and doing cardio

Hey /fit/ Looking for some advice. Been dieting and doing cardio jogging for the past few weeks trying to get to a weight goal for an event in September.

My usual eating regiment is a slow carb diet, but I starting doing Keto for the past couple weeks since my usual eating tends to just maintain my weight. Ketone readings are around 4-6 mmol/L depending on the time of day using urine strips.

I have been dropping about a half pound a day. I want to ask your advice on if I should keep doing the Keto diet since it seems to be having decent success, or if I should try doing a juice cleanse (about 3 weeks until event). Anyone tried both or can give me their personal knowledge/experiences on pros and cons of both?
