I have a problem /fit. I come from a family of fat, weak men on both sides of the family. Pot bellies, stick limbs all around. At 27, thus shit is catching up to me. How to best fight this genetic disadvantage?
Pic is current body. 178 cm, 88kg. Squat max 200 kg, deadlift 240, bench 140(ugly arched back tho) and push press 100kg. Got there with a 3 times a week full body routine and IF. Now doing phul on a cut, but as usual, i get weak as fuck during it.
Should i just ignore going for a six pack and get a massive yoke, bigger shoulders and go for strongfat?
