Is there a way to make my cheeks get thinner?

I already have a large jaw and can have the "deep face" look with certain lighting even when fat(around ~16% bf)

However, even when I cut to around 9% my face didn't get as much thinner as my body did, it felt unproportional

What does /fit know about reducing body fat from the face?
I watched a few Dr Mew videos and am doing what he tells his audience, but I don't think that it'll do much for my cheeks tho

How do you guys manage eating 6-8 meals a day while bulking, but also keep to a busy schedule?

I want to do a clean bulk next semester and found a simple meal plan since I don't know shit about making my own.
Only problem is it has me eating 7 meals a day, 2-3 hours after another.
Between classes and a part time job, I don't know if I'll be able to eat every 2 hours.

Should I try to combine them into 3 larger meals?

Combine them, or be alpha and whip out a big fucking meal whenever you feel like it brah I don't know. Either you make it work or you don't, that's up to you. Anything is possible.

Get dumbells and pullup bar if ur broke. Db press is superior anyway. Do it on the floor range of motion isnt to big a deal. Go to scoobys workshop and it will give u exercises u can do with that equip.

We talk about overall improvement. From lifts to books and life. Come on in anons. What are you doing to be the best you can be?

For me it's this: I care about shit way too much. From ex gfs to life in general and what people think about me. I'm really trying to get into and live that Stoic mindset. That whole mindset of "you can't control people and their actions, only your own." I'm just trying day by day to work hard, be the best person I can be, live in the present, and work for the future. Lifting has really helped me as I just try to pour all of those negative emotions like anger, depression, hate, into becoming stronger and better. I still struggle with this even now but I've made alot of progress in stopping to be such an anxiety ridden autist.


What about you anons?

Need some help /fit/

>reoccurring injury from when I was a teenager
>hurts all the time

>slowly stop going to the gym
>getting fat now

I'd like to start lifting again but I can only do minor, low weight excersies. Running is still fine. What leg exercises can I do to get decent results? Running? Biking? Swimming?

I'd rather look like I do now instead of pic related.

What's the best way to calculate body fat? I can try and look at an image of bodies at different percentages but J just don't feel secure by comparing my body and a pic.

I'm thinking of picking up a calliper from Academy or any other sports store. Couldn't find one at Walmart

why you guys have a point, I know that I need to cut, and after reading several articles and forum threads from random websities, it's recommended that a person begin bulking at 10-15 bodyfat. I'd prefer to get a somewhat accurate number as well so that I can get somewhat of a reliable TDEE starting point.
