Advice to further myself /fit/? I've heard that pliometrics are what's gonna get me to peak physical condition.

I haven't been keeping track of explicitly everything I do on my fitness and health, but I know my general numbers that I've been keeping up with.

Pull-ups: 15 wide stance pullups for 3 reps in a session
Pushups: 25 1st rep 20 2nd and 15 3rd (but pushing 3rd rep till almost headache)
Curl-ups: Same as pushups
Walking: I get a mile out of my every-day routine

When my day requires school or other activities as a priority I resort to my 25Ib dumbell (15 curls and above-head before exhaustion)

Besides being sick and rest days I've been consistent with this routine.

Also wondering if I've got an endomorph or mesomorph body.

Is it advantageous to be tall or short if you want to powerlift, considering bone structure is the same either way?

As a rule of thumb, short for bench pressing, tall for dead lift. Or at least, short and long limbs, respectively. As for squatting, as a tall guy I find I need to bend over way more than a manlet who can squat with perfect posture. But I've known some strong, tall squatters. Also, the world record holder on the bench press is 6'10.

How do I know if I "lift heavy" enough?

Is struggling to complete your last rep a good sign that you're lifting heavy?

Depends somewhat on the program, but generally speaking if your last rep of the last set of whatever lift you're doing is anywhere between "that was tough but I probably have 1 or maybe 2 reps left in me" to "that was the last possible rep I could have completed in good form," then you're probably lifting heavy enough.

Most strength programs are closer to the "last possible rep you could have done is the last scheduled rep for that lift" end of things and most bodybuilding (which is ghey af) programs are closer to the "I have another 1 or 2 reps in me for that lift" end of things, because that gives you more energy for more volume of pump and fluff lifts after the main lifts are done. So make your 3x5 and 5x5 stuff really tough at the end by selecting aggressive weights and make your 4-6x6-8 and your 2-3x10-12 stuff leave one or two in the tank by being conservative, and you've got the right path.
