Advice to further myself /fit/? I've heard that pliometrics are what's gonna get me to peak physical condition.
I haven't been keeping track of explicitly everything I do on my fitness and health, but I know my general numbers that I've been keeping up with.
Pull-ups: 15 wide stance pullups for 3 reps in a session
Pushups: 25 1st rep 20 2nd and 15 3rd (but pushing 3rd rep till almost headache)
Curl-ups: Same as pushups
Walking: I get a mile out of my every-day routine
When my day requires school or other activities as a priority I resort to my 25Ib dumbell (15 curls and above-head before exhaustion)
Besides being sick and rest days I've been consistent with this routine.
Also wondering if I've got an endomorph or mesomorph body.

you should aim for at least 30 pull-ups and 50 push-ups. your biceps will be huge if you can hit those stats.

just push past the pain bro. no pain no gain. my routine is doing 100/100/100. that's 100 push ups, 100 pull ups and 100 crunches a day. you have to be persistent and you maybe one day you can have a body like mine, picture related.
