I realise it's not something that most people think of, but for me I don't want to forever push myself in strength and size.
What are your strength goals? do you have a point that you will stop improving at?
What will you do then, eat at maintenance and lift the same weight every week?
I think i would kill myself if I was that guy.
I gave up on maximum strength a few months ago. Used to crush myself to add as much weight as possible, eat perfectly, etc.
Not even really that strong but the strongest I've ever gotten. Eventually felt like it was useless as my body looked like shit anyway, switched to a pure aesthetic routine.
Now I don't even do legs except for once a week maybe. I do a push/pull split. Don't even do bench press anymore. Just shoulders, back, arms, traps, and sometimes abs or legs.

Strength training is the biggest meme in /fit/ history. The sticky is worthless, it is literally telling everyone to train like a high school football player. Sticky should be updated for the majority of people's goals. Nobody in real world cares about how much you squat or how fast you hit 1/2/3/4, they only care about how good you look.

Can decent resources on how to maintain ketosis? Exactly how should I be measuring my carb/sugar consumption?

It looks like you're forgetting that diets high in fat and cholesterol and low in fiber cause heart disease and diabetes. So if you're doing X "for health", then it seems odd that you would instead do something that is going to destroy your health.
