Yup, I've come to the conclusion that masturbation saps your energy and makes you lazy.

In my experience, when I stopped looking at porn and stopped masturbating, even when I was having sex with a FWB, I could still do well in the gym and have more energy. Also sex feels amazing when you do no fap and no porn.

But I broke a six day streak and jerked off two times in a row, and I went to the gym and my energy levels were shot. I couldn't lift as much and had to shorten my workout. Also my motivation was literally fucking gone. Despite eating and sleeping normally, I lost motivation and performance. Since then, I'm not going to masturbate or watch porn, and I'm doing my best to stick with that.
