So everyone I am fat. I lift a lot of weight and work out every day now. I have cut my macros down and eat less then 1985 cal/day.
One day every week where i let it bump up to 2250 Cal/day.
I don't smoke, drink anymore, or do drugs.
My normal workout is
cardio .5 hours
Weights 10 reps 3 sets each starting 25 under max the first rep (everything but back I do this way.)
I split muscles for each day doing arms 3 times a week with the other muscle groups.

I am 298 LBS
5'11"

Started at 332LBS
3 months ago.

Now I am barely losing 2 lbs a week and I need to be down to 220 by April,

What am I doing wrong????

Guys, I really need to know. Do people actually reach stuff like 4plate DL within a year clean?? Because that with my CURRENT noob progress (5 months ish) would probably not even be possible. And that is even my strongest lift. I eat enough so that is not the problem. Am I just low test or is there an explanation for this?

Been doing 12.5mg of ephedrine+200 mg of caffeine twice a day for like a year at this point.

5'10 dropped from 190lbs to 160lbs and made slow strength gains.

Bench: 165->195
Deadlift: 225->265
OHP: 100->120
Squat: 135->210

Want to stop soon, but want to drop like 7 more lbs before I start bulking. Also I may have a slight addiction, not sure.

How do I keep my hunger under control?

Dieting has always been difficult for me.

Keeping myself at a caloric deficit... I wake up in the middle of the night feeling famished. Can't go back to bed unless I eat.

Anyone else have this problem?

not really, if im hungry i just dont eat.

one thing that can help if you wake up in the middle of the night hungry is drinking a whey shake, they are low in cals (~100kcal) and they do fill you up a bit, at least until you fall asleep again.

If you eat 3 meals you can separate then by 5 hours each.
if you eat 6 meals = 2.5 hours each
16 meals = 1 hour each
960 meals = 1 minute each = never hungry while awake

im a skeleton trying to make gains but after 1,000 calories of chicken,rice potatoes, and spinach im full for the day.
