Yes, Sunday is prep day.

I've had some luck with Stewroids and brown rice lately.

This should feed you for a week:
- 4 onions chopped
- 4 - 8 carrots chopped
- one thing of celery chopped
- half a bag of Costco Stir Fry Vegies
- 2 containers of Kirkland hamburger cooked and strained
- 2 pounds of steak meat seared and cut up
- 1 container of something like golden curry (jap curry is like gravy)
- extra spices because golden curry is pretty weak
- enough bone broth to cover all that shit.
- enough butter, oil, etc. to not burn shit when you start

- Make some brown rice while your at it.

Suggested serving: 2 cups of stew and some rice.
Stop eating when you're full, you fat fuck.
Have some broccoli with it.

I'm assuming you can throw stuff in a pot, so on and so forth.

I've enjoyed it.

Lets share some cutting recipes/meals that you often eat.
> Cottage cheesecake
Base - coconut flour, egg whites
Filling - 1lb cottage cheese, 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 6tbsp cocoa, 4 splenda packets
bake 350 for 30min then 200 for another 30-50. you can add protein powder if you'd like aswell. You can replace the cocoa with something else ( like strawberry jam to make a strawberry cheesecake )
Altogether its like 600 calories, 80g protein, tastes okay.

Grate 1/2 of a medium cauliflower, add an egg, some italian seasonings and garlic, 1/4 cup of cheese ( to help it hold together ). Mix together, bake 400 for 20min. Low calorie and more nutritious than regular pizza dough.

Anyone else feels like pain decreases alot when lifting while youre Stoned?

Most people say it makes u slow and doozy but i can train much better and lift even harder weights when im slightly stoned.

Any experience on that?

Alright so according to /fit/ bodyweight exercises are not effective when building muscle.

I dont undersand why, why doesnt just doing a shit ton of volume get you the same results as doing really low volume but with extreme weight? Doesnt it get you the same results? Dont you do the same effort in the end?

Besides, woudnt adding weight to your bodyweight exercises get you the same reults in the end?

And even then, if you are actually right and bodyweight exercises arent good for hypertrhophy, what do they achieve? Endurance? Strenght?

I smoke weed all day, err day. I also dip all the time. I used to have a daily drinking habit, but kicked that last year.

I went cold turkey on dip and weed this past weekend. It was easy the first couple days, but now I feel almost as crazy as I did when I quit drinking.

Exercising helps, and I already have a lift routine. I went to the gym this morning. I hit a couple PR's which is nice and all, but wtf am I supposed to do with myself now?

Why do I have these habits? Ever since I was a teenager, I've always had to be edgy; doing stuff like smoking cigarettes for fun.

I'm over 30 now, and I can count on one hand the days I've been substance-free since 17yrs old. Why do I feel the need to do this to myself?

Give me words of strength, brothers.

Pray to God. Laugh all you want people, Jesus Christ is real and He is the only thing that can deliver you from these types of addictions. If you pray for freedom from these things, I'm confident God will supply the grace you need and one day you'll just be free of it and it won't even bother you.
